Politics / Re: Proposal For A Country Out Of Eastern Nigeria. by stayreal: 2:31am On Jan 26, 2012
@alj harem

how are igbos the most tribal?

From before independence, igbos have lived all over Nigeria. I have run into countless igbos that speak yoruba and hausa. how many hausas and yorubas can speak igbo? One cannot be tribal and a segregationist while willing to live amongst other groups and learn their language and culture. Igbos embody "One Nigeria" more than any other group because of this. This nobody can deny!

As long as I have been on NL, your arguments have been inconsistent and lack reason. You even lie about your identity on many occasions. All your post are taken wiith a grain of salt.

The highest quarterly profit by corporations all time is as followed. Gazpron of Russia being number 1 all-time, They signed a deal with in 2009 with Nigeria. In two years, they went from not being on the list to #1. Look how many times ExxonMobil is on the all-time list. You know they are getting that bonny sweet crude oil from Nigeria and other countries.

^ What about the multitudes of Nigerians working in the oil industry in locations like Saudi, Texas, Houston, North Sea, Aberdeen etc? Are they also controlling the oil in those countries? Seriously, we need to grow up and come out of our silos to realize that the world is a global village and the issues at the fore are far beyond oil.

Do you think Nigerians are making millions of dollars working for Shell in Houston? I know an old white American man that went to Nigeria in the 1970s and 1980s and made millions of dollars. He was not even an executive, he is retired and is married to a Brazilian woman 40 years his junior. He would tell me how many of his friends and coworkers became rich off of Nigerian oil. You must not know how the west works.
Politics / Re: Boko Haram- " An Excuse For America To Get Their Hands On Nigerian Oil" by stayreal: 2:28am On Jan 25, 2012
What are you talking about? The west already has access and control of the oil. Have you not seen all the westerners that come to Nigeria? Most of them come to Nigeria to make Oil money, they just let Nigeria's looters get a piece of the money.

Politics / Re: This Is The Time To Declare "The Republic Of Biafra" by stayreal: 5:29am On Jan 23, 2012
@ Nchara

I agree, we should not declare Biafra. We should not start this disintegration for others again. Lets see who loves "One Nigeria" or wants freedom out of this basket case of a country. Then we will make our move. cool

dayokanu:

No need to revise history, its well documented that its the SE that allies with the North to form the oppresor while everyone in Nigeria knows the SW are always in the opposition

Example

In 1960 Balewa took Azikwe as his Boy boy while SW was in the opposition

In 1979 Shagari took Ekwueme as his boyboy while SW was in the opposition

In 1993 Tofa took Sylvester Ugo as his boyboy while the SW was with the SDP of MKO Abiola

So we know the side that has been in alliance with the North ever since.

When SaroWiwa was hanged by Abacha, It was Ojukwu who supported it and went to mock SaroWiwa

So if the SW is always in opposition, why don't you fools request for Odua Republic, double talkers?!

See how NL Yorubas are tripping just because of a meeting with SS? Na wao for these parasites.

Haha, they now want an alliance with the SS! What happened to the SW and North oligarchy they enjoyed the past 40+ years designed to loot oil money from the SS and SE? The SW knows that once Nigeria is broken up they will have NO OIL. They will be a cocoa producing country like Ivory Coast.

As many SE brothers on NL have stated, The SE does not need to influence SS decision on who to talk to and what to do. SE will be fine with or without the SS once Nigeria is divided. The atrocities against Ken Saro Wira, Ogoni people, and the Ijaw and people of the Niger Delta is enough for them to know not to trust the SW and the North. Igbos have not been the one tormeting them.
Politics / Re: Nigeria’s Attorney General, Bello Adoke’s Mansions In London, Dubai Uncovered by stayreal: 1:23am On Jan 23, 2012
This is why certain people want to keep "One Nigeria" so that they can continue looting from the oil that is not in their homeland.

I have just told you that many of the waterways in SS are in the SS-Igbo territory. So a new Igbo country will not be landlocked. And even if they were, what is the correlation between that and a successful Igbo country?

Don't mind these fools. Is calabar landlcocked? Is it not the SE? Was calabar not the capital of the Eastern region years ago? Have these people asked themselves this? They talk about the SE but have never been there, yet Igbos have seen all areas in Nigeria and know what they have and what they lack!

Thank you for posting this. Every NL member should read this. The UK intended for Nigeria to be run by the North from the beginning. History and all signs point to this, people should not be fooled to believe otherwise.

If i may answer the question what must the south do.I will suggest they hand power over to the North. All these are the fallout of reneging on the gentlemans agreement entered within the ruling party PDP which stipulates power shift   between the south and north.

Shut up about the power shift! Nigeria is the only country in the world that does that silly crap. That is not a democracy. Leave us and go and declare Islamic Republic of Arewa! There you can have all the power you want!
Politics / Re: Igbos And Yorubas: Do We Really Hate Each Other? by stayreal: 6:16am On Jan 22, 2012

Igbos and Yorubas? Well they seem to have the greatest rivalry. The British colonialists described the Hausa/Fulani as similar to the Arabs, the Yorubas as the English men of Africa and the Igbos as the Jews of Africa. That hatred would always be there. No amount of "Intergration" can obscure that. We are too different.

Why are we together? We need to go our seperate ways. Would the white man create such a country for himself to live in? HELL NO.

Haha, OP you need to put down the crack cocaine!

Hausa/fulani will NEVER defeat Ndigbo in a war without the help from others. How do people that ran to the UK and USSR for help after Biafra was kicking their butts ealry in the war feel like they are Big Men now? Now you think you can take us One vs. One, I dey laugh grin

Since ur protest and bombings is not working in ur quest to remove him!! Why not go and remove him urself

No, on the contrary Nigeria must go! We need to break up this crap. Anybody wanting "One Nigeria" is brain dead to me! I don't know why some of you think changing who is president will bring anything good. From this day forth I will no longer call myself a Nigerian. AS A MAN SAYS HE IS SO IS HE.

Danka7777:

You are a FREE AFRICAN and very knowledgeable on the happenings in Nigeria today. I thought I was the only that thinks in this line. Read my past comments and would see I second this.

The below are responsible for all these bombings.

Obama asks his CIA chief, what's the game plan for Nigeria? Well, Mr. president, the game plan is pretty simple, we going to fund Boko Haram to carry out a series of bombings against Nigerians, make it seem like a religious war and ultimately it will culminate into a civil war. Once we got civil war, we can go over to the United Nations(UN) and advocate for the separation of Nigeria into four parts. One part, of course, would have to be Niger Delta region. With the establishment of the Republic of Niger Delta, our access to the oil will be uninterrupted for decades to come. That is the game plan Mr. President.

Obama replied: That's a heck of a plan Chief.

TAKE A LOOK AT THEIR FACES BELOW. BLOOD SUCKERS OF THE AFRICA CONTINENT. THEY GOT LIBYA AND MURDERED GADDAFI IN COLD BLOOD. DESTROYED ONE OF THE MOST PREPOSTEROUS COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD. NOW LIBYA IS NOW A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY. NIGERIA IS NEXT AND THEY AT IT AT FULL SWOOP. THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO AS A COUNTRY TO STOP THIS UNLESS WE CHRISTIANS AND MUSLIMS UNITE AGAINST THESE FORCES OF EVIL.

Why do we need to defend Nigeria? Let it die already. WE DID NOT AGREE FOR NIGERIA'S CREATION!

Yes, the US has interest in Nigeria's oil. But guess what? They already have control of the oil. Do you know how many Americans travel to Nigeria to make OIL money? Nigeria is one of the US biggest money makers so of course they have interest in Nigeria. I live in the United States and grew up here. The American goverment has people that study countries such as Nigeria and can predict when a country like this will go into chaos. The American government knows more about Nigeria then Nigerians know about themselves.

The Islamic extremism has always been in the North from before Nigeria's independence it has only evolved since OBJ allowed these idiot Hausas to create their Sharia law which should not have been allowed. Nobody talks about this. This springboarded the Boko Haram movement years later for full Sharia across Nigera.

Another thing, there is no reason why the south especially the SS and SE should ally with the North who killed many of their people since the 1950s. We have nothing in common. WE DO NOT WANT NIGERIA ANYMORE. Nigeria hasn't done sh!t with OIL since it was discoverd but have had leaders and politicians loot it while people suffer and lack basic needs that many oil producing nations provide to their citizens. Only looters and western corporations benefit from the OIL.  WE WANT THE NIGER DELTA AND BIAFRA TO BE EMANCIPATED FROM THE SLAVERY OF NIGERIA. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
