You can check microscale embedded at mabushi. I have an idle raspberry pi 3b which you can take at a very cheap price but you have to get the power adapter.

^^^that is a very good advice, this is why I still believe that this OP is a joker. You dont know that JAVA has many many branches, and hardly will you find a single person that can handle all of JAVA efficiently.

Take me for example, I can use JAVA very well, but my experience is limited to Android development (in JAVA/Android, I can do anything even make your device perform a backflip). I have never developed a full software with it. And yet, there are those that develop regular softwares with it, but cannot d evelop native android apps with JAVA.
