For those interested in studying at UK, don't let anyone discourage you. It's a simple process just as intelligentdude has mentioned . I can assist with UK for those that are interested, it's a 'Do it Yourself' process. Just have the following ready... 1. Scanned copy of your Transcripts 2. Statement of purpose for your course. It is not necessarily a statement of research but just a statement on how and why you want to study the course in UK . 3. You don't need a CV. 4. International passport. There are some internal scholarships which are not made public in some UK universities and can only be known after getting admission into those universities. So my advice is to apply to the schools and don't pay any deposit yet as most schools will request for that. After getting admission, then you can apply for their internal scholarship . In UK, You can not get scholarship without been admitted for a course first either undergraduate or postgraduate. 90% of UK schools don't have application fees, and will not request for TOEFL/ IELTS or GRE, You only need your WAEC result with minimum of C6 in English to waive TOEFL OR IELTS, so you can apply to many universities free of charge cheesy. Check the following scholarship links and apply for studies at the respective universities and then apply for the internal scholarships as posted below : https://www.ucl.ac.uk/global-health/study/fees-funding/indexhttps://www.westminster.ac.uk/study/fees-and-funding/scholarships/westminster-undergraduate-full-international-scholarship |

Monami35: Hi stenon, your assistance will be highly appreciated. I just need assistance on where to start, my search keeps showing some roadblocks. I will like to apply for sept 2020 but i really need a scholarship and school/course that does not require English test. My cgpa is 4:0 in computer science. Thanks. Yes, You are likely to get admission with scholarship but it can be from any country . Goodmorning. I wish to assist but I am very busy at this time to followup WhatsApp group or chat. I haven't had anything with Intelligentdude before , But won't mind if he can add me to his already created group to contribute my opinion. My aim is just to assist many people to explore the opportunities in other countries at zero cost. |

hallysonia: I want to apply to the Mathematics and Statistics department at Mcgill so as to be nominated to MCF, but I don't have a transcript yet. Please, how do I go about it?
The transcript will be collected by November end, and by that time, the nomination would have closed.

Thanks. You need your transcripts for all applications |

ayophil25: Good morning @Intelligentdude and @Stenon, I have been following this thread from the beginning till this present moment and I must admit that you guys have been great and helpful.
Am an accounting graduate with 4.23 on 5 point GPA scale. I love to do my MSC in either Canada or UK. Am currently observing my NYSC which will end by June 2020.
The issue now is that, should I start the processing for scholarship now or I should wait till I finish and also, I will need ur help on the schools to apply for which I would have a better chance of been admitted and at the same time given the scholarship.
Thank you. Yes, you can start..please check through University of Glasgow and apply for September 2020 admission. Cheers ! |

umarwy: I will give you person guarantee that you will pass.
If you use the theory test pro to practice for at least 30min a day for one week. Just keep doing the mock test over and over including the hazard perception. And if you do that a week to your test and are not happy with the results I will repay you the money for the app and the test.
PS: I have no relationship with the app developer, it's just that good. I have paid and downloaded the theory pro application since june this year but didn't practice more than the first hazard. I was targeting september before school resumption but couldn't meet up. Early December is my next target now and I will let you know the outcome. Thanks so much bro |

spacyzuma: I bought the theory training book, but for 3 years I kept procrastinating. I'd study for 1 day, and abandon it for 3-6 months, and repeat. Eventually, I vexed and just paid for a theory test date, believing it would ginger me to focus and study. LOL!! I still kept ignoring it. Eventually, I took a day of work the day before the test, and did most of the studying. I also did some tense pressured reading the morning of the test.
I still passed the test on first try. So relieved!
I think you should take a leap of faith and just book a date for the test, and then you'll have to study for it. I think one week is enough to study for it, combined with your normal student classes.
Using youtube videos is also a great idea for the practicals Yes, Procastination also contributed to the driving problem. I am hoping to book the test for early December so as to have fun at xmas and tour many places. Thanks alot bro |
