Apart from writing scammers names/numbers and putting up scammers pictures here ... I think a legal action should be taken against them? These people always resurrect with another username and always claim not-guilty. Is there a way FBI or criminal investigation agency can be contacted to get all these people arrested and purnished.

I just checked through this site and realised that

"Abdulazeez Razak Olayinka.

Account number: 0238745070

Bank: Wema Bank."

Same person that scammed me in April last year has scammed so many people and he is still scamming a lot of people here on nairaland.
This topic should be taken to front page so that different stakeholders can jointly fish out these idiots to teach other intending scammers lesson.

Below are some of those he scammed before and after mine.

EducationRe: Msc Scholarship Or Should I Continue With My Job? by STENON(f): 8:23am On Sep 18, 2019
SKYZZZ:
Good day everyone.

I have brothers studying in Canada doing their PhD.
They sent me an Msc scholarship link but the condition is that I must come back home after the scholarship program.

I have a job already, I have good international certifications helping me move up the ladder in my professional career.

Going for Msc I don't think will make a big difference because I have a friend who has MSc from the UK in my field but the guy is still searching for job for the past 2 years because he has no practical and work experience.

I still need some advice, thanks.
not all scholarships ask you to come back after studies. Only those ones that have bonding with Nigerian Government ask you to come back like PTDF, Commonwealth, FSB, etc

Apply for Canadian scholarship or funding from supervisors and you are good to go

Sorry to hear that. It's really painful how things are turning out in Nigeria.

Sad thing is, I'm not in Nigeria to pursue it.
Despite been a Nigerian in Nigeria then, went to my school several times, called and begged administrative to be fast with their processing. All was a futile endeavour and it was a very sad thing for me.

I will suggest you ask your Parents or siblings to visit the law school on your behalf. All will be well

Male best friends are knackist. So you either choose between a betrayer or a knackist.
Male best friends are real and genuine.
So I will choose a Male friend either knackist or not.
They will tell you the blue and black , and sre 100% sincere. They know their boundary when dealing with a family man or woman.

Knackist or no knackist shouldn't be a problem depending on the female self discipline
CelebritiesRe: Regina Daniels And Her Best Friend, Cassie (Throwback Photos) by STENON(f): 8:38am On Sep 14, 2019
Best female friends are always a betrayer... The best is to keep off from female friends if you are in relationship or married. They are green snakes under green carpets with monitoring spirit. Don't even share your husband phone number, work details and location with them. You can visit them as a friend but don't invite them to your house and don't tell them more about your family life. lipsrsealed

Lol, even if you don't join protest and lock yourself inside your you are still not safe my dear.

Poor security and Electricity Blackout in their hostels for long periods has made it easy for armed robbers and petty thieves to rob innocents students of their valuables, rape girls, stab guys etc..
The protest will definately draw attention of the govt, the world and media to their plight.
Some people laid down their lives for some of the things we enjoy and brag about now.
Yes, you are very right.
My immediate younger sister finished from same FUOYE. Her phone was always switched off due to poor electricity to charge phones and it prompted me to visit her hostel in 2016 due to family concern about her safety.

I planned to spend 1 month with her to really understand what her problem was all about, but left after two weeks of not sighting electricity, I couldn't just stand the students lifestyle at Oye Ekiti, always moving from one house to another shop searching for generator to power my phone. Really, those FUOYE students are going through hell to study. Everything is damn too expensive!! Poor school infrastructures, shortage of lecture rooms, very expensive to take bike to school, no school bus or campus shuttle, no transformer or light, insecurity, high crime rate like stealing most especially at charging points and hostels, poor network, wrecked road, no photocopy machine on campus except you come to the main town, no school shuttle bus and expensive school hostel/offcampus accommodation .... after paying huge amount of money for school fees.

Naso I left my sister after 2 weeks and took the horrible gist back home... embarassed

RIP to the dead. I think "Protest" should be a mandatory course for all students in Nigerian Universities and the Police should also be sensitized on how to handle students peaceful protests.

Protests always turn bloody in Nigeria.

CrimeRe: $11 Million Fraud: Obinwanne Okeke Faces 30 Years In Jail - FBI by STENON(f): 11:42pm On Aug 28, 2019
WriterNig:
Obinwanne Okeke, the Nigerian young ‘businessman’ who was recently arrested in the United States for $11 million fraud, could spend up to 30 years in jail if convicted.

Mr Okeke was charged with two counts of computer fraud and wire fraud, which carry a maximum 10 and 20 years respectively, PREMIUM TIMES has learnt.

Mr Okeke, widely known as Invictus Obi, is being remanded at 401 Courthouse Square, Alexandria, VA 22314, which serves as the district headquarters of the U.S. Marshall Service.

His remand order was issued at a preliminary hearing shortly after his arrest.

Mr Okeke was arrested on August 6 in Alexandria, Virginia, just moments before he was scheduled to return to Nigeria.

He appeared before Michael Nachmanoff, a magistrate with the District Court of Eastern District of Virginia, on August 7 to answer charges of wire fraud.

The charges were investigated by the F.B.I. and filed against Mr Okeke by the U.S. Department of Justice, with both authorities saying they were convinced that Mr Okeke duped a UK subsidiary of Caterpillar up to $11 million in business email fraud, amongst other charges.

Mr Okeke has since hired John Iweanoge, a Washington D.C. criminal attorney of Nigerian origin, as his lead defence counsel.

Indefinite remand

Mr Okeke did not enter a plea at his initial arraignment, but he was remanded in custody indefinitely in accordance with the U.S. federal laws on the nature of the criminal complaints against him, according to Joshua Stueve, a spokesperson for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia.

His remand would last until a jury has been selected to look into the charges against him, which may take several weeks.

“It may take another two weeks before a new date is fixed for him to appear in court again,” Mr Stueve told PREMIUM TIMES on Wednesday.

The spokesperson, however, warned that Mr Okeke would likely get below the maximum sentence.

“Actual sentences for federal crimes are typically less than the maximum penalties. A federal district court judge will determine any sentence after taking into account the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors,” Mr Stueve said.

Out of every 5 Nigerians, there are always 4 scammers. They think the way you get ten thousand naira in Nigeria is the way you get 10,000 dollars or euros or pounds in abroad. SMH!!...That was how one stupid fool was requesting for "ozza" to send money to my account. I asked "what for" he said I should take any amount from it and send him the rest. In short, he was looking for the account to do wire fraud so that the police can only trace the account to me while he will be innocent. May God help my Country Nigeria.
