You see, Boko haram has become quite a lucrative political and economic venture for the workers of change."

What most people don't know about python dance is that it's a military strategy called a probe.... .basically you stir the water to see what it can throw at you and based on the reaction, you can plan your attack or counter attack..... it's like releasing a volley or shorts and the enemy responds with everything it has...... the reaction of ipob, shows they lack strategy and finesse, with this their level coordination I will advise they simmer down and give themselves brain, the reaction of ipob is the same reason I say Boko Haram has a foreign backing, because they employ advance strategy; coordination ;and finesse, totally lacking in IPOB.
IF a deadliest warrior simulation was run on ipob and Boko Haram, Boko Haram will trash Ipob .

Also we need to stop bombing with 250kg bombs.....the minimum for bombing runs should be 500kg bombs......sometimes when the airforce shows bombing runs and I see vehicles driving off.....I wonder if staffing by aircraft cannons and rockets aren't more effective. ...

Sir if BHTs had such capabilities don’t you think they’d display it in their propaganda videos??
Similar to how ISIS releases videos of its drones stalking Iraqi troops. Sometimes dropping grenades in the process.

For BHTs to carry out any effective surveillance of troops movements wouldn’t they need drones with high endurance (at least several hours) and range ? You know, considering how large the AOR is.
This is a problem underestimating a ragtag force that has wag War against the biggest economy in Africa. ....the day you understand that bht has foreign input from other countries and terror organisations is the day we start advancing at a faster pace in these campaign.....the bht that builds rockets, and so on.....might be smart enough to know that this trump card can't be shown to the armed forces. ....do you know how easy it is for them to get these quadcopter? .and from what distance it can be operated.
Foreign AffairsRe: African Militaries/ Security Services Strictly Photos Only And Videos Thread by Stephandeswardt: 7:58am On Aug 06, 2017

Bokoharam using drone ? That's going to be a quadcopter at maximum. Which means the Shiit would have been detected a very long time ago.
Detect it how? Have you ever seen that thing fly in real life?it's super quiet and stealthy when it quite high....and what's to tell the Nigerianext soldiers it isn't one of theirs? Little careful deductions like this is what is lacking in our officer corps.....their mindset is what ever the big Ogas want is what they do.....
Foreign AffairsRe: African Militaries/ Security Services Strictly Photos Only And Videos Thread by Stephandeswardt: 6:52am On Aug 06, 2017
Have you all thought of the possibility of bht using drones and observing troop movements.......and might not even be insider information, I noticed most of you here just come and banter words and hardly do any in depth analysis. ........ and I must say the defence information office Isnt suited for that public relations job..... I think what army logistic is going is buying different armoured products from different suppliers and rotating them.....example seems the bmp 1 has no been seen often, it will get to another period they will be well used and another vehicle type retired for major overhauls, it guarantees that no supplier can hold us to ransom. ....but all very expensive, but it's what we suffer for a weak industrial based country
Foreign AffairsRe: African Militaries/ Security Services Strictly Photos Only And Videos Thread by Stephandeswardt: 2:03pm On Aug 05, 2017
The selling point for the tucano is loiter time....it can accompany isr aircraft, so it has faster response time....and it carries more payload than the alpha jet....also it can be more precise.....an alpha jet will just run in and bomb a general area, but with a tucano you can select the best target to hit....you can decide to place the bomb in between vehicles to destroy all......whereas with alpha jet if you hit anything you are lucky.......the super tucano is basically a jf 17 with propeller, better optimised for attacking ground targets at a much cheaper cost and better precision than our mi35m

This is a viral video of two kids engaged in a street boxing bout in Abeokuta, Ogun State with older kids and adults cheering them on.

According to the Facebook user who shared the video, the kid in the blue vest is nicknamed Floyd Mayweather Jr. while the kid in the Bright Turquoise vest is Manny Pacquiao. Where are their parents? Isn't this child abuse?

Watch the video after the cut...

The issue is that in Nigerian banks, police stay outside bank premises making it easy for robbers to launch attack on them before going for their target.

3 police were killed because it was easy for the robbers to target them on sight but it's not something easy for a police officer who wasn't expecting such.

I expect banks to have a place where police stay inside the building (give them access to CCTV) then they can counter the robbers with zero or no casualty. Keeping them outside makes them vulnerable to ambush.

That nigga is a fool, trying to breach a closed corner like that? I just hope that officer wasn't among those killed. He really tried .
That technic of going to side....used by the armed robber is a classic military technic .....just that it was badly executed, the police would have survived if he maintained his cover, also how fast can he change his magazine and had extra magazines or side arms. .....also those are the 7.62 rounds, can those blocks have stopped the charging rounds; I suggest bank security posts be rebuilt with built proof materials. ...and security post with cctv observation post and armed men....

They were trained for a armed conflict with Nigeria during the bakasi Peninsula crisis but still lack the strength. Till date they still fear Nigerian military and Chad still has deadlier force than Cameroon.

The entire Cameroonian armed forces is less than 15,000 personnel. I believe the BIR should be around 1000 troops and that is the only force that makes sense in Cameroon.
Platoon versus platoon.....what would have been the result....bir versus pre boko haram Nigerian army regular infantry
