Simple. If you don't like the new terms and you're very sure that you're bringing value to the business; then renegotiate the contract - or gently turn in your resignation.

CelebritiesRe: Wale Adenuga Speaks On Papa Ajasco Controversy by Stephen0mozzy: 12:14pm On Mar 18
jaxxy:
This is another possibility but b4 I agree with u on this I would like to hear from his wife and kids that their dad was an irresponsible man.

As for working with lagos state and gratuity that one means nothing because it is next to nothing especially for a family man with kids unless he plans very well and invests in small properties in the early days if the money was kept in the bank it will be useless now.
Oh... No no. You misunderstood me, atleast. Note one's financial struggles doesn't always mean it was caused by irresponsible character.

It could have easily been as a result of investments that didn't turn out as expected. Or not planning far ahead on how to keep expenditure (family, and living expense) way lower than income.

When I read the Papa ajasco's version even without this response I knew something was wrong...

Seems someone has failed to plan his life over time.

If I had spoken then people would have come for me. Time always reveals the truth!
Gbam. We apply emotionalism too much about other people protecting their businesses, but we would actually do worse.

Apparently, Baba Ajasco in this version either thought he'll be forever young and hot, or made financial decisions that didn't pan out well, or COMFORT ZONE - that didn't make him maximize the exposure he got in his role.

Good response from WAP.
Now dem don dey use Baba create content 🥹

patrickcollins:
Blame the government of the day for not living up to expectations, Tinubu said and it's on record if he fails to provide 24 hours light for Nigerians he shouldn't be voted for, even countries at war have steady power supply. Why didn't Tinubu spend his personal money to power Aso Rock via solar but took 20 billions of taxpayers money for such project.
Ask those patient if the hospital will give them a discount on their hospital bill because there was no light.

Come and tell me your answer.

ZombieTERROR:
Tinubu himself said that nobody should vote him in 2027 if there's no steady power in the country

All these chants for solar energy by the South west now amazes me, we can't continue to excuse bad government

Ordinarily our neighbors here in Africa can boast of steady power, it should be a shame to Nigeria

Look at a hospital in 2026
no wonder Buhari died in London
Tinubu should know that nobody lives forever
The problem with individuals like you is that you all always look through the lens of Government-Bad and your first response is criticism without asking "Who should be held responsible?"

If you go to a restaurant and they serve you food on dirty plates, will you blame government for poor economic policies that made the restaurant not hire someone to wash plates, or will you hold the restaurant manager responsible?

Boladogailese:
Please is it a must I fix it back?
I was just kidding. Here's what AI explained.

That's a float valve (also called a ball float valve or ballcock valve) — specifically a miniature one, likely from your generator's fuel carburetor or fuel tank.

## How it works:
- The red ball floats on the surface of the liquid (fuel or water)
- As the liquid level rises, the ball rises with it
- The rising ball pushes the white valve mechanism to shut off the flow
- When the level drops, the ball falls and the valve opens again*l to allow refilling

## In a generator specifically:
It's most likely from the carburetor float chamber. It regulates how much fuel enters the carburetor — preventing overflow and maintaining the correct fuel level for proper combustion.

## Why it matters:
If this piece is broken, dislodged, or worn out, your generator could experience:
- Flooding (too much fuel entering the carb)
- Fuel starvation (valve stuck closed)
- Hard starting or stalling
- Fuel leaks

## What you should do:
Since it's already out of the generator, check whether it came out on its own (a problem) or you removed it for inspection. It should be snapped back firmly into the carburetor float chamber. If the ball is cracked or the valve seat is worn, it's a cheap and easy part to replace.

You should get a gen mechanic to look at it though. Secondly, get an AI app on your phone for quick questions like these.

It's a detonator. It's used to ignite the combustion of the gen. 🌚
