Hmmmmm. Mama, this mention of beans made me to come out from my reading mode oh. I dont mean to scare you but i ate beans almost everyday when I was preggy and birthed a 5.5kg baby through CS. My family and my Hubby's family births big babies shaa but I don't know if beans and ripe plantain contributed because I later heard the amount of protein in beans is not up to 30 percent of it. I don't know how true oh but I guess is better to eat more of fruits and veggies to manage weight gain

I had CS MA and I guess it's normal cos same thing happened to me. I think i waited more than 3 days before I finally gassed. It was so bad that my lips were so dry yet I wasn't allowed to take water. In fact ehh. The day I gassed, the whole hospital heard the testimony. lol. The drip is for strength shaa. It will end in praise dear
