I've not had a vbac yet! But my little understanding some things need yo be considered before attempting it.


1- How long has it been since your cs?
2- Reason for the cs?
3- Type of cut given?
4- State of the present pregnancy?
5- Your age

Mama biko expantiate on NO 3 regarding the cut given and other things you stated cos am also interested in the issue cos I had CS. My son is 1 year, 3 months presently. Am not yet preggy and I don't intend to till he's more than 1 yr, 6 months. Am 30 yrs, the CS was as a result of reduced heart beat and the baby later came out weighing 5.5kg so the CS turned out to be the best option for me then and the type of cut I was given was all those olden days type that goes straight from the navel downwards. Abeg, what are my chances for VBAC when I get preggy later on?

I can't remember the exact amount we spent during our 9months immunization but none of our immunizations was more than 1k

Mamas oh this AF yaff finish me... My flow is normally light but this one is like all the accumulated AF of last year surfaced at once this is my fourth packet of always in just 3days and I use the delivery pad to support it oh making it double pad.

I experienced similar thing. I normally have very light flow but when my AF returned after childbirth, it became heavy but not as heavy as your description shaa. But one thing I noticed is that as soon as I weaned my son, my next flow returned the way it was before.

Sis, there was a time scan gave me 2nd October as against 21st October according to LMP and I later gave birth on 27th October. The change of date really put me under pressure when it got to 2nd Oct and I wasn't having any sign. So, I think you should just work with your edd according to LMP and ignore those scan dates

I'm thinking portion control and abs/tummy exercises alone should work...
We can only try and see if it works...
Let me add that the hardest places to lose (from my experience) are abs and arms. Their progress rate may seem slower as compared to other body parts so U go need to 'wear patience like a cloak while working on either of them'

Okay ma. Am willing to give it a shot while wearing the patience like cloak cos am not more that 72kg but if I don't wear body magic or girdle, people will be assuming am preggy
