Nnem, its not a must to start on time but the earlier the better cos every information you will be getting during those antenatal classes are important as a FTM. Me sef, I regretted just going for my check ups and tests instead of joining others to come on the days of antenatal lectures as well. And most importantly, do not skip your drugs

Sis, please just force yourself oh cos you need food now more than ever. That was how I lost appetite after childbirth and didn't do anything about it cos I thought it will help me in loosing weight but instead, I ended up in the hospital 3 weeks postpartum and was even transfused cos my blood don reduce drastically
