do u think the CCTV Camera fix on all lagos roads are just for viewing cars playing around? if u don't know, ask ur brain. it will tell u it will also be used for tracking your new registered car plate number to locate u, ur family, if any crime is committed on the road. that is y Lagos gov. want its residence to register a bio-data lagos state plate number for security, accidental and road offenders. if u are in S.A, u'll know what i mean.
