Family › Re: I'm Beginning To Hate My Mom by steppin: 3:15pm On Jun 16, 2015
African parents and their over-bearing attitude.
Most Naija parents do this, but it all depends on the child.
Some teenagers won't tolerate that crap once they're 18. My mum was once like that...she wanted to monitor everything I did, but I wasn't the kind of person you could monitor like that.
My freedom was more important to me than anything else, so I refused to be controlled the she wanted and she had to give in.
The op needs to stand his ground and tell the mum he's no longer a kid. He needs to do that in a firm way, but he should be polite cos she's still his mother.
It may be difficult for the her to accept it at first, but gradually, she's gonna come to terms with reality.
Most times the mothers believe there are doing it to protect their kids, but it's the other way round.
They end up destroying every iota of confidence in their kids.

INTROVERT:
1. It's well known men bleep ever thing in skirt whether she carry front and back or no carry. Even girls that are old enough to be their daughters or younger sisters.

2. Take a chill pill. Did u marry a slave. Most of you marry just because u want a cook cleanker and bleep partner. All men know how to do is go out to work, drink afterwards and come home and ask for food. Be considerate at least because every working woman tries to balance work and family duties which is just not easy. If I cook food can't my hubby come and assist me to wash plates while we chat. He will just be in the parlour watching film and after all that work he will still want to climb. Mtscheww don't make me vex.

3. Killing current is relative. We know it's you men that suffer from quick expulsion most and also can't get it to stand when its needed the most.
This lady is married to a douchebag, no doubt about that.
You sound so pained.
Please divorce him....no carry the hatred come here.
If you've had bad experiences with men and you can't get over it, stay alone and get a fine diildo for yourself.

We must respect the office of the President of the largest economy, and the most populous country in Africa. PMB rose to the rank of a general when most of you were not born. He is our president accord him that respect. You only make foools of yourself and your country by calling our amiable commander in chief a dullard. Nairalanders this must stop!

A lot remains to be heard of this entire episode. I'm not putting my eggs anywhere yet until the President speaks.

I don't know, but has anyone spared a thought to imagine perhaps, this was orchestrated by the presidency to ensure the inclusion of the SE in the bigger scheme of things since they would have been totally excluded had the Party's preferred candidate emerged??

Just a hunch though.

I used to be a die-hard supporter of Bola Tinubu until today I realize how greedy, selfish, and avid he is. Bola Tinubu selfish act and st.upid brain work cost the Apc the position of Deputy senate president and Senate leader. Must he interfere in everything..for crying out loud! He single handed impose Ambode as the Apc governorship flag bearer, he did same thing for all the senators representing lagos, he nominated a lot and lots of politicians who are too numerous for me to mention.
As if that is not enough, he imposed john odigie oyegun as the party chairman, nobody knew Prof. Osinbajo yet Tinubu nominated him and he was chosen. It was even because of God and Tinubu that President Buhari became the president of nigeria. What else is the olojukokoro looking for? I hope he's not going to influence Femi Gbajabiamila chances of winning today by God grace. Greedy Tinubu
