Jarus and other investment/financial analysts in the house, abeg come and explanate me this story oh.
Is it logical to sell a company with annual turnover of $20 million for $15 million
Thanks!
Um that's not possible to ascertain mainly on annual turnover. Turnover (sales) doesn't say much about the profit margins, which define how efficient a business is being run. I have seen business sold with less and I have seen more. There are other factors. I'm not a finance guru but its obvious the guy sold it off cheap and he was desperate to get his hands on the cash. Perhaps he had a liquidity crisis and needed to close the next deal within a short deadline. |

Politics › Re: Npdc Workers Allege Fraudulent Sale Of National Oil Asset By Outgoing Fg. by stevecantrell: 3:33pm On May 11, 2015 |
Eruditor: I wish people can understand what is happening here. The former MD of NPDC was sacked few months after he refuted the lies that 5.11B USD of the unaccounted 20B was in his custody by Deziani and Andrew Yakubu.
Immediately, they employed a lawyer, Muoneke to head the institution. The same Muoneke who has no experience whatsoever in the oil and gas industry. This is the same man who vehemently refused to cooperate with PwC during the reportage of that audit. Now this same Muoneke, in connivance with Deziani has sold off OML 42 to GEJ and herself through a front.
If you want to know the essence of the rush and illegal proceedings leading to the sale, you have to bear in mind that GEJ didn't think he would lose. They had already planned they would allocate it to themselves under the false pretext of a bidding process but since GEJ lost, they just accelerated the process.
Let me make it clear to all Nigerians that not a dime was paid for the asset. GEJ (through Deziani) instructed the asset be given to the front with immediate effect. A comprehensive audit post May 29th will prove what I am saying right.
It is this sort of sleaze and chicanery that had been going-on under Deziani's watch and some f.ools on NL had the temerity to tell us they were revamping the Industry. Most of them will pretend they didn't see this thread. Smh. |

I don't think the OP is in wonderland. The only thing was that he said the NWO is "American".
The NWO set up is much bigger than just America although the U.S military-industrial complex plays an integral part.
The NWO concept is older than America itself, in fact it was NWO players that brought America into being in 1776.
NWO is as old as the Scottish rite and the Jesuit order. At least we can say its mainly a European movement that started with Ignatius Loyola.
The 3 power houses of NWO are as follows:
ROME - Religious powerhouse
LONDON - Financial powerhouse
USA - Military and Industrial powerhouse |

Choi.. May God save us Yeah, my theory is GMB is not a push-over and will not bend easily to what he never bent to in the past. BUT, I envisage a massive and sustained attack on Nigeria's economy and security after May 29 that will make GEJ's last days seem like child's play. The immense pressure Nigerians will put on GMB would most definitely break his resolve not to become an NWO puppet. Its either that or he will call on a more youthful PYO, to act as proxy president when dealing with the West and grant their wishes. |

Scambuster1: Already Nigeria is gone, they tried it with PGEJ but GEJ refused, so they had to use boko haram, apc and the press to frustrate him out. Unfortunately bohari was compromised at chatham house in london when he was arrested during the campaign. They will push bohari so hard and Nigeria will be worse for it. It is about to get real nasty. No, I don't believe BH was specifically created as an anti-GEJ tool. It is simply a co-incidence that the GEJ presidency correlated with NWO's time table for terror in the Magreb and W.A region. What did GEJ actually refuse to do ? Actually, what ? Please don't tell me its all about gay poo. GEJ created that to distract you from the poor quality leadership and mismanagement happening in his administration. Gay crap isn't a priority on the time table for this region right now. The main things are - Cashless society - Biometric identification of all citizens - Establishment of Facist laws and police state - Balkanization of resource rich entities for easier control, thru economic and social insecurity/terror. - Abuse of religions like Islam and degradation of Christianity to achieve their aim. - POPULATION CONTROL Gay laws will automatically fall into place after the above are accomplished. |

bushdoc9919: Make sure your friend sees a gynecologist for a checkup...there might be something wrong with the pelvic floor.
Additionally, has she given birth? Has she had a medical procedure done in her womb? Has she been bedwetting since then, or urinating on herself in the day? That might be the cause.Again....See the gynecologist
Finally....an old trick I learned somewhere (for kids...but may do for adults)....drink one glass of water at night..and then get someone to wake you up at night to go to the toilet(assuming she has a roommate at her place of residence).
If she lives alone...an adult diaper should help.
Her boyfriend should be a bit supportive here. If he really wants to be with her...he should accept her problems...and see how he can help out. Nobody is perfect.
More info here...http://www.nafc.org/adult-bedwetting/ What if she lives alone ? The best way for her to defeat this is KEGELS. Do them in the morning do them in the afternoon, in the office, in class, while driving. Do them 3 days in a row, then rest on the 4th day and continue again for 3 days. Do that for 3 weeks. She will realise that the slightest contraction of her bladder will cause a reflex kegel, even in her sleep. She can hold her bladder subconsciously till day break or choose to get up and void when the pain becomes unbearable. |

A growth that doesn't reflect on the masses, that doesn't reflect on our roads, that makes us generate 2800MW of electricity today, that we can't feel in the aviation sector, that makes a dollar cost over 200 naira. That is the type of growth they have given us. Just last week the US said Nigerias economy Will hit a trillion USD in a few years. If you cant read the cynicism behind these headlines then ....
