Previous presidents (Clinton-Bush) have weakened America's response in event of a nuclear attack.
They've changed the rules of engagement such that, they will Only RESPOND after absorbing a nuclear strike and will never strike the enemy first.

I see NY, Boston, Seattle, Florida, and the Carolinas receiving a shower of nukes within the next 9 month, if Obama drags the U.S into this war. Don't forget the suitcase bombs seen in TV shows like '24' exist in real life and can be triggered by Russian and Chinese agents already living in other U.S cities.

When congress rules against military action, Obama will come out and say
"I have to respect the will of the American people."
