This is why EFCC loses most of it's cases. It's on the prosecution to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the accused is guilty before arrest ( so before you arrest make sure you have rock solid evidence to present before the court). But then then again we are in an era of fake news.

I know all this because I have enough friends in the service and they are jubilating right now even the PDP wailers amongst them. It's great times ahead for the service. They would joyously take 10 Limans over and over and over again.
