And finally, not being a confirmed Catholic (Not receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation if that what you meant) doesn't stop one from receiving the Holy Communion. So long as you're baptized in the Catholic faith, still within the Catholic faith, went for catechism and received First Holy Communion and you do not have any impediment according to The churches doctrine and are in a state of Grace, you can receive the Holy Communion. Not being confirmed or receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation does not prevent you from receiving the Holy Communion.

So, while the OP's and your main points are valid in essence, the truth is that Psalm 139 as pointed out does prove that GOD is everywhere ( I mean which place can be worse than hell?).
But the point you are not making quite clear is that GOD does not approve of some gatherings, though HE is present. HE will not condone, support, or manifest HIS Grace in these places, though HE is present. If GOD departs from a place or person, it would cease to exist because HE holds all things together and in HIM all things consist. But the most important thing is that the OP's and your message is valid and anyone who has ears to hear should hear.

Another scripture says for the wages of sin is everlasting Death.
Not everlasting burning fire.

Also, when God forewarned Adam from the beginning he didn't say you will burn in fire when you sin.
He simply said YOU WILL DIE.

Little wonder the book of revelation described the lake of fire as THE SECOND DEATH.
not fire burning people.

So hell fire does not follow.
That is, it is completely irrelevant of the bible
