My relationship is complicated. Some yrs back i approached a girl in my street but she turned me down because i was poor. I know she loves me,because she never hesitated to be my friend. She's loving and caring. As we get along,i met her elder sister who became fond of me. Before i knew it,we became close and fall in love.
She never mind my poor state. When the relationship became stronger, i could no longer keep it as secret,so i told her younger sister. she felt dissappointed at both of us. Manything went wrong btw them that almost tear them apart. I was so worried. Before their family give me a bad name, i had to seat the two of them and settled their disputes. Then we move on.
The story is long but i have to cut it short. I got a good job. After a year i got an apartment. Also i decided to go back to school. I enrolled for part time studies. Things began to improve. Out of nowhere,the younger sister appeared again,seducing me to fall for her. We cant seat down without her touchin me. For years now i have been avoiding her because i know if i fall into her trap, my life will be unbearable and full of regrets. Pls nairalanders,what do i do to stop her advances toward me. My wedding is this year.

This is a nice step. Let's commend him. This is another way to help FG check on insecurities. We need more ideas that can transform nigeria. I believe in one nigeria.

ziga: Doctors and good health are a necessity in every society. And despite their importance (whether we like to admit it or not) nobody is indispensible.

Bottom line is we as a people give relevance to what we think should be relevant. And if our politicians are more important than our value for human life, then I rest my case.

It is very easy to blame the Docs for going on strike, but we forget that this decay did not start with them.

If the Nigerian government thinks the health of the country is important, we wouldn't have appalling maternal/infant mortality figures. Life expectancy wouldn't be so low.

And in a society where we are already deprived of doctors, and so many have already left to work for other countries (despite receiving their education and training in Nigeria)we should value what we have.

For the up-coming generations, I hope you learn from these incidents before you fill your JAMB form. Personally, I believe that the effects of this action will go a very long way.

I think Doctors in Nigeria deserve a lot more than BRF and a lot of Nairalanders are giving right now.
