Celebrities2013/2014 Top 10 Sexiest Nollywood Stars, Male + Female by stonemind(op): 5:46pm On Jan 03, 2014
Fresh development has seen Benjamin Joseph
and Nadia Buari taking their bow, wth the top
ten emerging for the final lap.
This is how it presently stands: -
————————————————————————
Men
————————————————————————
-Yul Edochie: Yul hasn’t got anything to worry
about almost from the beginning of the ‘quest’.
The first spot for him has been a sort of
birthright.
-Ramsey Nouah: Ramsey is still on second but
for him to remain so or move up, he will need
all the help he can get. Shaking at 2nd.
-Benson Okonkwo: Benson started as a low
shot who is beginning to ride home like a
prince in shinning armor. Each week has been
an eventful one. Holding on to 3rd.
-Pope Odowondo: There hasn’t been much
separating Pope from Benson until a couple of
weeks back when he let slip on his hold, thus
allowing Benson a thrust forward. 4th place
still.
-Uti Nwachukwu: Uti always looked like a
trouble brewing. Now as we come to the next
phase he has overtaken Frank Artus, who is
looking more shaky everyday. Uti is now 5th
-Frank Artus: The Ghanaian star is practically
living on the edge after having pushed to the
3rd spot and then finding himself on 6th place
now.
-Ali Nuhu: Ali has been the quiet one, though,
not without some measure of strength pushing
him along. This gut seems to have a faithful
follower-ship that don’t give up easily. 7th
place not bad.
-Van Vicker: Another Ghanaian that started like
a train ready to devour everything along its
path, but somehow lost the will to fight. He
started on 2nd, 3rd but now chilling at 8th
position.
-Odunlade Adekola: The only Yoruba star left
in the ‘quest’ and this may turn out to be a
strength rather than a weakness but
whichever way it swings, a couple of months
is all that is there to see. On 9th position.
-Mike Ezuruonye: Mike was looking like a guy
on his way out a couple of weeks back but by
some touch of genius he is still in the
reckoning. Last man in at 10th place.
————————————————————————
Women
————————————————————————-
-Tonto Dikeh: Tonto is now hanging on to the
first place with all the tenacity she can muster
because the next person to her is breathing
hot down her neck.
-Stephanie Okereke: Stephanie keeps missing
shooting off Tonto by hairsbreadth but yet
nothing missing her in her range. The ding-
dong continues between the two. Nevertheless
Stephanie remains 2nd.
-Ebube Nwabo: Still keeping her 3rd spot even
though Yvonne looks to be having bad
intentions week in, week out about her. The
duo are also having a tussle of sort.
-Yvonne Nelson: Yvonne is still at 4th place
but very restless. Though she lost her grip
when she moved to 2nd at a point but she’s
coming back so strong again.
-Angela Okorie: Angela has the funniest story
among the lots. At a point she was put up for
eviction, then surviving it, she seemed to
develop a phobia for the exit as she has
pushed herself up to 5th place.
-Colette Orji: Colette too has had a scary time
at one point or the other but she has survived
and is still surviving. She holds on to the 6th
place.
-Biodun Okeowo: Biodun is also the only
Yoruba actress remaining in the ‘quest’ and
what a week she has had as she has moved
to 7th place.
-Queeneth Hilbert: Queeneth is as good as
they come even though she has had some
turbulent stay in the quest. She’s now on 8th
spot.
-Cynthia Agholor: Cynthia isn’t having a bad
run, it is just that the ‘quest’ is getting more
intense and too erratic for anyone to be able to
stick to anything. She remains on 9th spot.
-Rita Dominic: Our leading lady isn’t having a
fairytale outing in this ‘Sexiest’ business. She
has come short of expectation but hanging on
by the strand of her hair at 10th place.

TravelTop 10 Most Dangerous Cities In 2013 by stonemind(op): 10:57am On Jan 03, 2014
While selecting a city to travel or for living our main
concerns have been always to look at the safety of
our family and ourselves. While most of us have
known about the popular and safest places to live,
travel or work. These cities are dangerous due to
uncontrolled drug trafficking, violence, political
corruption and are highly dominated by ruthless and
violent gangs fueled by illegal drug trading and
arms. Here is a list of such top 10 most dangerous
cities in 2013-2014 for you to avoid if you do not
wish to invite trouble.
10.
Manaus, Brazil
Once known to be quiet and a peaceful town has
transformed into a town full of crime over these
years. Due to its location between Rio and
Tabatinga, the town became a good location for
routing the illegal actions. Tabatinga is the place
where all the drugs are imported and distributed.
Manaus is being used for trading the imported
drugs through their distribution routes and make
their way to Rio where they are sold. The Violence
due to drug trade can be seen every now and then
where even the innocents are not spared. The town
is with a population of 1,342,846 has a record of
over 945 Homicides last year and 70.37 per capita
murders.
9.
Mogadishu, Somalia
Think of Mogadishu and you might recall the
famous Movie, “Black Hawk Down”, although the
movie is old the situations in Mogadishu has not
changed much, the place has seen worst until about
two years back the people were able to ousted the
Islamic extremists, who controlled the large parts of
Mogadishu. Although the city has been trying to
recover and even the Turkish Airlines flying in
there, things do get quite unpredictable when it
comes to the degree of violence.
8.
Barquisimeto, Venezuela
Barquisimeto, in Venezuela, is a place with a
population of not more than 1,120,718, but the last
years Homicides are shocking and are alarming for
anyone to even thing of being or visiting the place
for any purpose. There have been 804 Homicide
cases registered last year and over 71.74 murders
per capita. The future chance of improvement in the
place is further ruled out with the death of Huge
Chavez in the month of March this year. With a
whooping number of 57 murders daily this place is a
clear invitation to trouble and may be death for
tourists.
7.
Chihuahua, Mexico
The hotspot for Cocaine Smuggling and a popular
route for making its way to United States, the city
has been the home for vicious Cartel Violence. The
place is the transit point for all types of drugs, and
in order to gain more control over the place, high
level of violence is a common site where armed
men indiscriminately open fire.
6.
Distrito Central, Honduras
Over these years, the increasing levels of crime and
open violence has been noted in Distrito Central
due to high levels of poverty, Mafia and corrupted
city falls on the route to South America to United
States. The three places encompassed in Distrito
Central are Honduras, Comayaguela and
Tegucigalpa, combined the cities have been
experiencing 100 over homicides cases per
100,000, which accounts among the highest number
of murder rates in the world. The degree of violence
is high.
5. Acapulco, Mexico
Otherwise beautiful city with decent amount of
tourists visiting the place has turned into another
victim of sadistic drug violence which has been
engulfing Mexico gradually from a long time. With
the shocking news of 10 mutilated bodies found
around the city made further negative impact on the
city’s image. With the tourism officials having less
to say about these incidences, it remains the worst
and the most dreaded places to be on a holiday.
4.
Cape Town, South Africa
The Place has been a good destination for tourists
from around the world, but as we all feel little
uncontrolled violence brings in more violent crimes
and this is what has happened with Cape Town. The
Place is prone to mugging and has been constantly
been seen battling high crime rates, especially the
night life has become extremely unpredictable with
high levels of crimes and attacks specially targeted
towards women. Cape Town is the 4th most
dangerous city of 2013.
3.
Nairobi, Kenya
The place has been long targeted by militants
especially, Al Shabaab militants, who have been
threatening to attack during festive season such as
Ramazan. The People have been living in tensed
environment with little time and safe environment
for locals itself there seems to be no safe place for
tourists.
2.
Sana’a, yemen
The capital city has been experience some of the
worst time since long time, which includes the
political instability adding to more crimes at higher
levels. Although US and Gulf allies have been trying
their best to restore peace in the place, but it is a
long way to go for tourists to step in the city for a
safe holiday.
1.
Abidjan, Ivory Coast
After years of ruthless violence and war, the
security situation in Abidjan seems to have
recovered recently, especially after the arrest of the
former president Laurent Gbagbo. But the place still
has a boiling sheet of uncertainty which is not safe,
the outburst of which could be instant and quite
unpredictable hence making it among the most
dangerous places to step in. Abidjan, Ivory Coast is
the World’s most dangerous city of 2013.
