The fact that the client has not been provoked to the point of committing illegal acts like harassment or harm is not an indication that he is fraudulent . I will say it is a testament to DECENCY.

Loosing 2-4 million does not mean you will degrade yourself to being a criminal like our resident fraudster

The fraudulent builder's behavior is the same behavior as the bus conductor that refuses to give you full change because he knows the bus will keep moving and you cannot stop it.

Anybody that has done business, talkless of building construction knows that many subcontractors are eager to cut corners and cheat you from as little as diluting paint to underdelivering material. It is all loss that we are willing to mitigate and take.

Any decent society is built on INTEGRITY.
