These are high energy beings coming into the planet to transition Earth to a paradaisical state.

We are the first set of humans to successfully transition into the next dimension, the first 4 generation of humans destroyed themselves with nuclear weapons and EM radiations.

We made it, now we have to face what is coming. Upgrade or be harvested. It is called 'Rapture' by some sects, others call it Amargeddon. It is on-going, even right now.

There are other methods that help. Exercise and herbs.
For exercise, try jelqing and the kegels.
For herbs, alligator pepper, watermelon, bitter kola, banana, garlic if you can mind the smell, zoo drink without sweeteners, ginger should be a regular part of your diet.

hibiscus tea is what we call 'ZOBO'.
What I did was unrelated to what the op is saying.
The main ingredient was the zobo, the garlic was just to give it more potency and spice.
Then I didn't think much of it, I thought it was one of those times when your pen1s feels like been naughty. I didn't connect it to the garlic.
What did op posted made me recollect and make the connection.
Another herb that I also noticed with similar property was alligator pepper.

I believe the OP has something here.
There was a time I was taking garlic daily as part of a tea combination for general body detoxification ( just boiled garlic and hibiscus tea) recommended by someone. I noticed that my rod was always standing at full attention even without any provocation.
I had to stop taking it because my job entails interacting with people, and the smell from the garlic was becoming problematic for my work.
Nevertheless, if I could find a way of eliminating the smell, I'd start taking it again.
Garlic is one of the most potent medicine in the world.
Just that smell....
