In my opinion there is no such thing as sex addiction, it is a cope out and an excuse to say I am not a asewo. You are just a guy with high sex drive, who most likely has no business being married. There are so many argument about whether sex addiction is real or not real. In my opinion, i believe it is not real. You, my friend, are just a guy who has a high sex drive and one woman cannot satisfy you. The reality of the matter is, those urges will come back and most likely you will satisfy them, that is a FACT
I beg madam make we encourage am. Don't let us be pessimistic when someone is fighting a situation like this, please, biko |

havilla: Its slowly becoming a crime to be very pretty in nigeria.I don't think so, but its slowly becoming a crime to use only beauty as a barter for wealth ![]() |
ogugua88: Okay. You are very right, that is why beauty is the composition of both appearance and personality |
ogugua88: What makes you think JP Morgan wrote this? There's no source. I did a search and found it on goof sites and blogs.I saw it on public forum, sure its on so many blogs and I think it worth the dialogue. I don't really care about the authenticity but the content. |

A young and pretty lady posted this on a popular forum: Title: What should I do to marry a rich guy? I'm going to be honest of what I'm going to say here. I'm 25 this year. I'm very pretty, have style and good taste. I wish to marry a guy with $500k annual salary or above. You might say that I'm greedy, but an annual salary of $1M is considered only as middle class in New York. My requirement is not high. Is there anyone in this forum who has an income of $500k annual salary? Are you all married? I wanted to ask: what should I do to marry rich persons like you? Among those I've dated, the richest is $250k annual income, and it seems that this is my upper limit. If someone is going to move into high cost residential area on the west of New York City Garden(?), $250k annual income is not enough. I'm here humbly to ask a few questions: 1) Where do most rich bachelors hang out? (Please list down the names and addresses of bars, restaurant, gym) 2) Which age group should I target? 3) Why most wives of the riches are only average-looking? I've met a few girls who don't have looks and are not interesting, but they are able to marry rich guys. 4) How do you decide who can be your wife, and who can only be your girlfriend? (my target now is to get married) Ms. Pretty A philosophical reply from CEO of J.P. Morgan: Dear Ms. Pretty, I have read your post with great interest. Guess there are lots of girls out there who have similar questions like yours. Please allow me to analyse your situation as a professional investor. My annual income is more than $500k, which meets your requirement, so I hope everyone believes that I'm not wasting time here. From the standpoint of a business person, it is a bad decision to marry you. The answer is very simple, so let me explain. Put the details aside, what you're trying to do is an exchange of "beauty" and "money" : Person A provides beauty, and Person B pays for it, fair and square. However, there's a deadly problem here, your beauty will fade, but my money will not be gone without any good reason. The fact is, my income might increase from year to year, but you can't be prettier year after year. Hence from the viewpoint of economics, I am an appreciation asset, and you are a depreciation asset. It's not just normal depreciation, but exponential depreciation. If that is your only asset, your value will be much worse 10 years later. By the terms we use in Wall Street, every trading has a position, dating with you is also a "trading position". If the trade value dropped we will sell it and it is not a good idea to keep it for long term - same goes with the marriage that you wanted. It might be cruel to say this, but in order to make a wiser decision any assets with great depreciation value will be sold or "leased". Anyone with over $500k annual income is not a fool; we would only date you, but will not marry you. I would advice that you forget looking for any clues to marry a rich guy. And by the way, you could make yourself to become a rich person with $500k annual income. This has better chance than finding a rich fool. Hope this reply helps. signed, J.P. Morgan CEO |

Fhemmmy: Good that is all that my argument has been all about . . . Cos based on the topic, Nigeria is almost ready and all those that are ready with it will be the next to smile. There is nothing like Nigeria is almost ready, we are ever ready. India, Philippine, China etc do not have the best of those infrastructure you mentioned but they make best use of what they have. And come to think of it, having those things would increase cost of production, wages/salaries, indirect cost etc like Europe, hence no outsourcing. Outsourcing is to cut-short cost in order to sustain profitability. I am currently in Malaysia and I tell you there is nothing they are doing in term of outsourcing that we can not do. I mean they don't speak better English than us. And we have the manpower, the expertise required to compete with the best. Bro. we are ready.. |
Sunglow: pls i would like to know if our vasities offer outsourcing coures to enable one build a career, and if no,were can one get trained to become a professional in the field.thanksI don't think you can do outsourcing as a course, its part of supply chain and strategic management courses. |
ghananotnaija: The Ghanaian equity market was the best-performing in the world 2 years ago, at >50%. A previous post has just cited that Ghana GDP as slightly greater than Nigeria GDP, but NIgeria GDP included the oil which does not benefit ordinary Nigerians.I still don't understand your point and if am correct the topic is "Is Nigeria Untapped and Ready for outsourcing" why all these English, Electricity bla bla. Okay Ghana is better than Nigeria. Please if you understand the concept of outsourcing in relation to Nigeria situation, lets correspond.Thank you! |
ichidodo: Source pls. I hope this GAYnaaian Gdp was'nt gotten from sales of akpeteshie o!Lol.. CIA factbook https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/geos/ni.html |
bootlegaz: Nigger are you sure you are not a Nigerian public university graduate posing as Ghanian? Your response to my question is very evasive. Can some one get me an intelligent Nigerian or Ghanian to answer my question? most fhuck boys here may not score higher than 200 on GMAT.Ghana GDP - per capita (PPP): $3,300 (2012 est.) country comparison to the world: 173 $3,200 (2011 est.) $2,800 (2010 est.) note: data are in 2012 US dollars Nigeria GDP - per capita (PPP): $2,700 (2012 est.) country comparison to the world: 180 $2,600 (2011 est.) $2,500 (2010 est.) note: data are in 2012 US dollars |
ghananotnaija I think the issues isn't perfect English but the right business platform. Don't be too myopic to realize that Malaysians, Chinese, Indians, Philippians etc do not speak perfect English yet they are leading in outsourcing (services) and China in manufacturing. With all your English and grammars how much are you earning annually? You see that is lack of good business structure. Without good business structure no matter your level of education, you will amount to nothing. We all need a platform to function and put our creativity to use. The leading guys in IT are not Americans and struggle with the language as well but they all agreed that the language isn't the issue but a platform to get investors and expertise to help perfect their ideas. I think your problem is Nigeria bad reputation and not what we can do or not but some people learn by doing and some learn from experience. Lets have similar opportunities like average Americans and you would be surprise what Africans can do. With the right platform both Ghana and Nigeria can rule the world in outsourcing but first we need government support to convinced investors, PayPal etc that we have the market. |
kushkush: Financial markets risk. I work with a bank. My first job.Check the link below, it may help http://www.garp.org/media/489989/credit%20slides.pdf |
Seun: Hmm. I don't doubt that she knows exactly what she is doing (trying to make Yahoo cool) but I doubt that its the best way that they could have spent 1.1bn dollars to grow their business. I doubt that this acquisition will generate more than 1.1bn in value on the long run. This is her financial projection for tumblr this year: The company's revenue target for this year is $100 million. If Tumblr generates anywhere near that much in revenue this year, the price for the deal will start to look a lot more reasonable. And if Tumblr can do $75 million to $100 million this year, it can probably do $200 million next year. At that point, you're talking about 5x to 6x times revenue for a company that will likely be able to generate very high profit margins, because it has no content costs. That growth would make $1.1 billion a perfectly reasonable price, even if Yahoo gets no other benefits from the combination. Yahoo is not buying Tumblr's past financial performance. It is buying Tumblr's audience, demographic, and social and mobile expertise. It is buying a company that has the potential to make Yahoo a growing, relevant Internet behemoth again. |
50calibre: When a company as big as yahoo takes decisions like this, it's most likely they know what they are doing. Do you know the protocol and team of experts that decides things like this?God bless you, you are a smart person. I don't know why people think organization like yahoo would just buy a company without critical analysis. It is a calculated risk, people said the same thing when google bought youtube where Mayer was working before but who is talking now. |
Seun: I guess they could generate a lot of money by placing their ads on tumblr blogs, but their ad tech isn't very good; they would be better off putting google ads on those tumblr blogs.100 million users and 90 million post per day and yet you think Marrisa Mayer doesn't know what she is doing? She explained that the idea is to strengthen their ad tech. I agree its over price but the possibility is endless. |
Keep searching, you better be careful! |
kushkush: I need major help. I just a job as. market risk officer and I really do not know much of market riskBe succinct, what type of market? |
yamakuza: ^ lets do the question & answer here na?I think you are very correct.. Most corporations prefer experienced manager to risk manager because if you understand the fundamental of a business with good experience. You can help control risk to some extent via reduce waste etc but risk management goes beyond that, it can be use to reduce cost by effectively managing its value chain processes. |
Risk management is imperative to all businesses. For instance, lack of effective risk management is the reason for global recession. When wallstreet traders leverage more than they actually owned via marginal trading for a better expected returns and once market move against them, its bankruptcy. Risk management as someone said above is very broad and cut across all professions, CAPM is one of the oldest model use for evaluating risk exposure in relation to expected return in financial management.
