^^^^ That's Blazay, the resident schizophrenic. |
Blazay:Do you like Ileke or what? You always try to get her attention even when it is obvious she does not want to talk to you Why dont you be a man and ask her out.? |
^^^ Meaning? |
Yeah, he is REACHER! Olodo rabata! |
He is going to regret it |
Blazay:Blazay is losing it! |
And people who are willing to use Made in Nigeria Condom I know I am never going to use anything produced in Nigeria, |
I think you should do it A friend in need is a friend indeed You are in a foreign country, and anything to help a fellow African IMHO is worth doing The US passport is not some sacred document that you cannot disrespect. White Americans will do the same thing for their fellow Americans, if the situation were reversed Also, free 10000 dolls , no be joke o. Once you finish the process and separate from him, that is it. And, BTW, You can never be linked to him criminally for any reason. This is America, he who does the crime, does the time, not his relatives. I will look at the economic side, the humane aspect, an the fact that, if this guy turns out to be a nice guy, he would forever be grateful to you. Everything in life is risky, you just have to play the game. As long as you keep your side of the bargain, and he does the same, nothing bad is going to come out of it Please, consider helping a friend out! |
Ileke-IdI:True talk! Seriously, as long as Ibos are not involved! Cant trust any of them! |
Its on Saharareporters! |
Assange is dead |
~Bluetooth:These people are nuts Can understand how they cant see the inherent good in what Assange's is doing US has been doing it for a long time without consequence to them. Now some individual is trying to hold them accountable, they are crying foul |
~Bluetooth:Eyan mi, I agree with you It is a dog eat dog world Too bad Nigeria is not a big player |
^^^ Sorry he is not the only one with access But he is now the sole possessor, technically, of the information |
Kobojunkie:You are mixing it up Kobojunkie No one has been identified yet as the source of his current leak. As for the private in the US army, he was the source of the previously leaked Iraqi war documents, not the present one Lets be clear! |
slap1:Stop making a fool of yourself We all know he got it from someone He did not hack into any computer; how come he is the only one with access? |
Olaolufred:Flawed reasoning So in this context who is the husband and who is the wife? You have no idea what the US does to people; there was a recent case where the FBI attached a navigation system to the car of an Egyptian immigrant without his consent. The guy was around 20 yrs old, and do you know why? Because he went home, and being Egyptian, they thought he could be, and probably, a terrorist. How is this fair to the innocent college student? Admit it or not, the US is the great satan, and anything to expose the great satan is fair game. The US does that to different countries all the time. Moreover Assange is not a spy. His aim is to hold the government accountable. And so far, he has proven and shown the rest of the world that the US is as corrupt and shady as other countries. |
Thanks Kobojunkie for the information So do you think the US has a case? |
^^^ You cant get enough of me, can you? |
I ve got 10 usernames They keep banning me anytime I profess my love for the great 'white chic' Should I sue NL for racism? |
I am a US citizen Ok? And, I was told specifically not to die for Nigeria |
Not to talk about Emegwali and that crazy guy called Chike Obi |
Andy's Fake Credentials By Sahara Reporters 23/3/07 Mar 23, 2007 - 12:18:00 PM Email this article Printer friendly page Controversial PDP gubernatorial candidate in Anambra State, Emmanuel Andy Uba suffered major legal setbacks in his forgery case before a Federal High Court in Abuja earlier today. Saharareporters learnt that as soon as the case came up before Justice Babs Kewunmi, Andy Uba's lawyers led by Wale Akoni (SAN) from the law firms of Wale Babalakin bombarded the judge with motions aimed at stalling the entire trial as they have done since the case began. Mr. Emmanuel 'Andy' Uba's lawyers filed close to five ‘motions’ aimed at stalling the case, one of which challenges the jurisdiction of the court to hear the case even though Andy and his lawyers had initially subscribed to the same court when the case was assigned to two judges by Justice Roseline Ukeje, the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court who had tried everything possible to frustrate the case administratively. Justice Babs Kewunmi dismissed most of the objections by Andy Uba and his lawyers and fixed hearing the jurisdictional objection for Monday next week, in stark contrast to Andy's antics that called for a long adjournment, the most bizarre part of the case was INEC's spirited involvement in the case, for the first time since the forgery case was filed, INEC lawyers stormed the court and ferociously defended the candidacy of Emmanuel Andy Uba before the judge. It will be recalled that Saharareporters did an extensive investigation on the character named Emmanuel Nnamdi "Andy" Uba especially as they pertain to his academic background and found out that Emmanuel Andy Uba did not obtain any university degrees from the universities mentioned in his CV to the Independent National Electoral Commission which was submitted on December 14 2007. Amongst other findings Emmanuel Nnamdi Uba who lived in California was found to have dubiously maintained two dates of birth December 14 and 15 in US official records. Following Saharareporters exposee on Andy Uba, Mr. Greg Ikemefunna filed a case of perjury against Emmanuel Andy Uba asking the Federal High Court to disqualify him from the upcoming April general elections in Nigeria for making false declarations about his academic degrees and criminal record history. In particular he is seeking the powers of the court as enshrined in the Electoral Act to bar Andy Uba from running from office because he lied that he obtained a first degree in “Geology” from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada, and also perjured before a notary public that he obtained a masters degree in Geography from a California State University and also that Emmanuel Andy Uba engaged in fraud by claiming to have obtained a "Doctor of Sciences" from a fake university known as "Buxton University" said to be based in the UK. Both Concordia University and California State University denies that Emmanuel Andy Uba obtained a degree from their university. Our research shows that "Buxton University" does not exist in the UK academic system. He is also seeking a relief against the PDP, asking the court to fine the party 500,000 naira for knowingly fielding a candidate with fraudulent credentials. Surprisingly, after the case went before two judges, Andy Uba lawyers are yet to file any defense in court to show cause that their client and PDP candidate posses any of the academic certificates in question, they have only relied on delay tactics and INEC chairman's , Prof. Maurice Iwu's and Justice Ukeje's help to bungle the case. Though Mrs. Roseline Ukeje has moved the case around without explanations, Prof. Maurice Iwu could not help Emmanuel Andy Uba change the INEC form he filed because Saharareporters had already obtained a copy and displayed it in the E-Library. The next adjourned date of hearing is Monday March 26th 2007 when the presiding judge is expected to give a definitive ruling on the issue of jurisdiction. Despite protestations from INEC lawyers that they were not properly served and motions by defendants that requested the court to stay proceedings pending the outcome of a petition by the plaintiffs against Justice Rose Ukeje whose daughter and son are in the inner circle of Mr. Emmanuel Andy Uba the hearing is expected to proceed without delay barring any further administrative intervention. |
Latest e-mail exchanged with saharareporters by the University of Bradford indicates that INEC Chairman, Maurice Iwu did present a "Certificate of Pharmacy" obtained from the National University of Cameroun, Younde in 1968 contrary to his claims that he never studied in Cameroun. The university spokesperson also refutes the 1972 story, instead he stated categoricaly that Iwu arrived at the University of Bradford on May 10 1974. Full e-mail below: '' Your most recent enquiry has been passed to me by my colleague Richard Wheelhouse. Following enquiries by your colleague Omoyele Sowore last week, I feel it is my place to pick this up from here. I have read your article and see that there are some serious allegations and some contradictory statements being made about Mr Iwu's qualifications. I hope the following information will be sufficient to satisfy your enquiries. 1. I can confirm beyond doubt that Mr Iwu did NOT take an undergraduate degree at the University of Bradford. In a student registration form for his Masters course, he declares that his date of arrival in the UK was 10 May 1974, ruling out any involvement with the University prior to this date. 2. In terms of his admittance to the masters course, the following was taken into consideration: Mr Iwu's record states that he achieved a 'Certificate en Pharmacien' from the Universite Federale ou Cameroun Younde, which he stated he completed in 1968. Mr Iwu also undertook a six month preliminary (or access) course in Pharmacy in 1974 to ratify his knowledge and skills and prove he was able to undertake the masters programme. As part of this preliminary course, he passed a qualifying examination equivalent to Special Honours Pharmacognosy. This paper was examined by Professor J W Fairbairn of London University who concurred with the marking and approved his registration to the Masters course at Bradford. I hope this is satisfactory. If you have any further requests for information, please get back in touch with me in the first instance. If you wish to quote any of the above in an article, please refer to the source of the information as 'A spokesman for the University of Bradford." -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Previous Story: Prof. Maurice Iwu: Full details of communication between Sowore and Bradford University Following spirited attempts by Prof. Maurice Iwu, to run away from the truth regarding his academic qualifications, we hereby tender to our readers a full copy of our communication(s) with the University of Bradford, Bradford UK. * In order to reduce the amount of time wasted on this very important story, we have requested via a text message to Professor Maurice Iwu (INEC Chairman)a letter of authority addressed to University of Bradford at the Department of Pharmacy authorizing Bradford to release his academic records to Saharareporters. So far he has refused to acknowledge our request let alone grant the request. We are still waiting. As you cited the restrictions as dictated by the British Parliament Protection Act of 1998 on the disclosure of personal data or information, we understand that you are not are able to go further with the release of the requested information. However on the issue of degree verification, since the British Parliament Protection Act of 1998 does not bar you from speaking on this issue - then we would want to know whether Bradford do degree verification as of 1975, if so, was this particular student's degree verified? -Omoyele Sowore ____________________________________ From: O.Tipper@***** To: sowore@***** Subject: RE: Maurice Iwu Date: Wed, 24 Jan 2007 14:21:08 +0000 Omoyele I don’t think I can help you with your enquiries any further. The University of Bradford has legally provided you with all the details it can about this individual, but under the British Parliament’s Data Protection Act 1998, we are not permitted to disclose personal information relating to students that does not concern the University. It is highly appreciated. I have been involved in getting degree verification done in the US as a reporter for a while, but it was a bit challenging getting it done with your school until you came on board. If you don't mind helping further, we would like to know which university in Cameron issued Mr. Maurice Iwu with the undergraduate Pharmacy degree that Bradford admitted him with in 1975. When was this degree issued in the 60's (please include possible Month and year)? To enable us complete our report/profile, we would be contacting his undergrad university. Does Bradford do degree verification as of 1975, if so was this particular student's degree verified? Please endeavor to help clear this final part so that can proceed to conclude this matter on schedule. Accept our regards and thanks for your excellent and prompt communications.
