I wouldnt say it is beyond the capabilities of doctors in Nigeria. For starters, it is difficult to diagnose even here in the states, you have the same symptoms as BPH and the surrogate marker (PSA) used to monitor the cancer Vs. BPH is highly, highly unreliable.

So I think, the problem is mostly funding and the attitude of your typical African. We dont take care of health/not in tune with our body like the rest of the world
