Career / Re: Is This Legal Precedence In The Firdaus' Hijab And Nigerian Law School Incident? by streamsofjoy(f): 2:36pm On Dec 17, 2017
babaskool:
This matter is actually very simple and straightforward than it is being made to be.
Firstly Miss Firdaus get yourself a good lawyer, instruct him to bring an application for enforcement of your fundamental rights via the FREP rules 2009.

One of the prayers you would be seeking as a relief is that the actions of staff of the council of legal education on the day of your call to bar infringed on your right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion

Please remind your lawyer to be reasonable and only ask that you may be called at the next call to bar which is April 2018.

Also please tell him to institute your case in the Federal High court and should only make a case against the council of legal education and not the body of benchers (the body is the highest supreme body in the land ) they might feel offended

Kind regards

Babe why do you love to generalise and use words with exaggeration? Note, I never attacked any pastor, let along "ALL" pastors as you stated, I only said it shouldn't be a taboo for pastors' actions or deeds to be scrutinized or looked into, pastors are human beings and not gods, and I gave the account of the Bible where it is said that in the last days, there would a lot of false prophets.

From my last statement how does saying "a lot" equate to "all" according to you? I would have said Nairaland needs to check the amount of little kids who comment here but even a 7 year old doesn't lack such basic English comprehension ability which you just displayed to be lacking.

Well, I get u, and as for the harsh words I forgive u. But my comment was based on the attack on all pastors by u and ur NL cohorts.

How funny!

This is the type of mentality which makes Africans so backwards as compared to others.

So a pastor(a human being) can not be talked about or his actions scrutinized right, because he is a god or what? And the same Bible talked how in the last days there would be a lot of false prophets.

So all pastors are false prophets?

It's mostly cowardice. Pastors don't usually carry or use firearms. The politicians carry and use the firearms. So its an easy choice for cowards.

Even charley boy has refused to go back to Abuja to protest after being tear gassed by the government. He has since decided it is safer to pick on pastors.

Let just assume that pastors become armed for some crazy reason. The #saynototithe crowd will disappear and look for someone unarmed to pick on.

Hmmm. I couldn't agree more.

Did you know that it's mandated for Christian women to cover their hair? It's very compulsory and it's in the Bible

1 Corinthians 11:6

For if a woman does not cover her head, she might as well have her hair cut off; but if it is a disgrace for a woman to have her hair cut off or her head shaved, then she should cover her head.

You criticise and attack Muslim women for covering their according to what their faith mandated for them but ignore it despite been written boldly in your own book

Isn't that hypocrisy and bigotey at it's peak??

That's out of context.

There is so much potential in the vagina few girls realize. Any smart girl will easily enroll in a brothel and ease her financial suffering. A typical brothel in Nigeria charges about 10k per week on rents. Some its even less. A typical ashawo will charge about 1k for short time. Some men will pay more than that depending on the kind of service they want. Imagine f*cking about 10 dicks in a day. That amounts to 10k + per day. In a week 70k+. In a month. 280k+ . Minus the rent for that month (10x4= 40) 280-40= 240k in your pocket. Girls please wise up. Ashawo business is the reigning s*it.

Must you even be a Christian to understand.

Brethren, for the sake of the name Jesus whom we all call upon, let's address this matter spiritually and stop fighting on social media, Becos this wil give the children of the bond woman the Avenue to mock the Jesus we all stand for.

Oh i can see. You are not used to the bible,
Let me help you connect it.

The Phillipian Church collected money regularly from its church members and kept sending it to the Apostle Paul
And Paul acknowledged it that for them it was a sacrifice well pleasing unto God

He even went ahead to pray for them in Verse 19 (the famous "My God shall supply" )

So you got it now?

My dear, these people dnt understand these things dnt bother explaining scriptures to them.
