Vice Chancellors must be university lecturers who must have been appointed to the rank of professor for minimum of 10 years (7 years in some cases).

There's hardly a way a student will stand any chance with such high requirements.

You even have time answering that bitter lemon. They will never see anything good in Lagos yet they want to die there. To them it was the military alone that built all the bridges, flyovers, and other infrastructures in Lagos of today, while the state governors since '99 haven't done anything. The Lekki/Epe expressway, Ambode's flyovers, Oshodi terminal, Tinubu/Fashola bridges, flyovers, BRT scheme, Eko Atlantic, were all built by the military. Very useless set of people.
