Mommas trying to lose belly fat, you can try flat tummy water (ginger, lemon, mint leaves). It helped me.

Will probably write more about it in my diary...

Will it affect breast milk supply? For the sake of we the breastfeeding mother's.

AlphaHandMaiden:
hello everyone,

So we all know we get the question every week, on what to feed to babies just being introduced to solids. over the last 3 or so years i have been on NL, there has been a mountain of recipes and tips shared.

Understandably it can be hard to search back for items on NL and it is a bit tedious re-typing when you know you have done an epistle of 20 recipes sometime last year. so to kind of ease things off I have started a baby food / weaning/ introducing solid thread. this is for recipes and food related ideas for babies 6 months plus.

Please feel free to quote and paste links to any food recipes you have saved from this newborn thread, other threads or even websites .

Let us use it as an archive for all our food ideas and a resource to help new parents that are navigating the road to weaning.

Link is below:

Thanks and God Bless

have a fantastic friday and a great weekend ahead
Thanks for this ma'am God bless you. smiley

Think when crawling is established, walker is fine
But heard it prevents some children from hitting their milestones early enough, cause walker restrict them in a way
Ds started using walker at 7m+ after he started pushing plastic stool around the house, the walker is mostly used to restrict his movement when it is just me and him so I don't have to worry about what he's up to when I'm doing other things
Thanks ma'am. smiley

No mind them. Remember every baby is different. My son is 6months and hubby decided to get a walker for him, which we just pack keep for somewhere because he isnt ready for it. He leans forward and his feets aren't planted on the floor.

As per sitting, i started putting my son to sit when he was 4months plus, by 5months he was good at it. Keep putting her to sit, she will get d hang of it.

Thanks Ma'am good morning... smiley

4months is rather too early in my opinion. How's the head control like? Since she can't sit properly now, how then will she stay in the walker besides i doubt her legs will touch the ground.
Thanks ma'am. Her head control is not yet perfect. Though she controls it well whenever she rolls on her belly...Its some women with their unsolicited advice that is suggesting it o undecided I was also wondering how a 4 months can sit in a walker. Please what is the appropriate age/month for a baby to start using a Walker? Thanks

My period returned 2. months after delivery. The last time I and dh did the do, we didn't use any protection cos it was on my safe period shocked

Was worried when I didn't see AF was already scared until I finally saw it cos it was one day late. It means my period is regular now. wink Please continue using protection i have vowed not to take any risk again cos I had CS and I can't imagine the trauma I will pass through in a miscarriage or evacuation due to the scar of the operation I had since my body is still healing according to the Doctor. sad

Your baby at 3 months is not too clingy she has just gotten to the realization that you are a separate entity from her and she feels the need to understand the world around her more. Who better to turn to of course it's mummy. Please hold and cuddle her knowing that it is just a phase. Enjoy this moment they grow up very fast and soon you will be the one running after her. The Lord is your strength.
Aww thanks ma'am. smiley

Pele mama it can be so exhausting especially when you got a lot to do
Try download lots of AV rhymes, songs for her age, place her in her rocker far from the TV and allow her enjoy herself.
That was what worked for me
Thanks Ma'am smiley
