(3) Maybe during conversations you usually keep quiet and want only him to talk. And you want him to answer your questions the same way ur ex(es) or your colleagues does or to use the same approach ur ex or friends used. Why should u be comparing his chats responses with those of ur friends since u claimed to love him?

(4) Maybe he is passing through alot but you have not given him a listening ear to find out what he might be going through rather u are after his approaches of engaging with u in discussions.

(5) Do you even bothered to find out how things are going with him?

(6)Is also possible that your friends might have started influencing u or telling u to leave him. But don't forget that in life you dont compare cuz those ur friends may not be happy that u have a good guy.

(7) Are you sure u are open to this your guy or you are hiding things from him? Is funny how most women behave , if a guy asked u have eaten is it a crime? It shows that he cares.

( Maybe you are hard on this your guy, maybe you want to push him away then u are seeking the opinion of people to justify your plans or reason(s) .

This your information is not correct because the major reason that was given is because 15% of Nigerians overstayed during their visit to USA ( people that traveled with business and tourist visas) since 2018...

Because this is k1 visa, probably he assumed you are already married based on the form you submitted in 2013.

In a common-law marriage, the two people involved are living together as if they were husband and wife. But there is no marriage certificate or religious ceremony involved.

Leave the staple on the police report, that's the way it comes is an official document so I dont think u should tamper it, even the birth certificate or attestation of birth...
I think the issue of staple is not allowed when u use it on unofficial documents that's why paper clips is recommended to hold ur supporting documents

I don't think we need to authenticate it, going by what our predecessors (LegitBachelor for one) have submitted. See attachment for Legit's comment on the subject.

@Brownesugar @disguy1, Attestation of birth Certificate should be authenticated by ministry of foreign affairs for international purposes, you can ask people at NPC cuz my friend told me about one woman that came to authenticate her children's birth certificates cuz the Embassy told her to do that and send it back to them via DHL .

Secondly, is like the authentication of birth certificates and attestation of birth certificates are done only at the Ministry of foreign affairs Abuja. Go to Facebook or Twitter and search for ministry of foreign affairs Abuja and ask them questions I think it will clarified this issue.

I authenticated my attestation of birth certificate at Ministry of foreign affairs Abuja. But find out if it can be authenticated in Ministry of foreign affairs, Lagos.

But since some people that were born in the 80's said that they used the small green birth certificate from NPC at the Embassy, then I think u should relax.

I was only advised to get the Attestation of birth since I was born before 1992 because on that attestation of birth certificate it stated that. "This falls beyond the coverage of the Act No.69 of December, 1992( which is the small green birth certificate) for inssuance of birth certificate. In the light of the above information gratefully accept this birth attestation letter in respect of...........My Names.""

So based on the above information it means I am supposed to have the Attestation of birth certificate.

In case u have to get the Attestation of birth certificate, you have to go to a high court to get an affidavit of age declaration that u will present at National population commission, is a requirement.
