Thanks a lot. I would like to clarify from those fully vaccinated who just travelled: After visa issuance what do I need to do as regards COVID, as a fully vaccinated student? - Do I need a pre-departure test result? I would rather confirm this from the airline I'll be taking. Usually not but safer to discuss with the airline. - On arrival, do I do both Day-2 & Day-8 tests or just Day-2 test? Day 2 only but, must remain indoors until result is out. (Don't forget to book this before flying as you'll be needing the reference number/ confirmation for your airline and point of entry. - Can you recommend a good test provider in the UK? Kindly navigate via this link : https://www.gov.uk/find-travel-test-provider Goodluck Thanks
|

Thanks for your response. But we are not applying all at once. She has her own POF and has done her application, just about to do biometrics today. I have the POF for the entire family but not up to 28 days yet. Now that we are here for her biometrics, do we need to show the POF in my account or not or her own will suffice for her alone? LuchiBianca: |
Good morning guys. I need your expert advice. I am currently filling the visa application form for our kids. My wife is the applicant and the POF in her account is only for her but the POF in my own account is enough for the entire family including her. We have submitted her application and we stated that she is not responsible for any dependant financially but we are all travelling together - Hope her POF that is only for her won't be an issue? Or does she need to go with my own POF (not yet 28 days), to show as evidence that the kids will be catered for? On filling the Child dependant visa form, I linked it to her application since they asked for her CAS and course details, does this mean that her POF should reflect enough funds for the kids or I should link them to my own application? I tried linking them to mine, but they asked applicant's specific questions which makes it difficult for me. Thanks |
Hello guys, Please I need some guidance. When filling the child dependent visa application, do I need to open a new email for them or use mine? I need to be sure in order not to erase my existing application. Thanks |

Good evening guys... Abeg I need help with this question; I am filling the visa application and I am on the part of (documents) maintenance evidence. As the applicant, my POF is enough for both my tuition and maintenance, It is over 28 days. But, I am being asked to ensure the financial evidence I have should be enough for me and my dependents. My spouse's account has the funds for the entire family but not up to 28 days yet. Can I upload mine and also my spouse's own together with a consent letter despite that it is not up to 28 days yet? Or only my own POF will be enough for my application and the other for the dependents application? |
Thank you. caleb00: |
Thanks for your response. 1. Irrespective of where I get dollars, I mean what exchange rate is used by the bank when I pay for IHS and visa fee from my dorm account... is it bank rate or a little higher? 2. Is GTBANK dollar card still reliable. caleb00: |
My people any help here pls. Success2Success: |
Good day guys, A little help here pls. I am about to get dollars and deposit into my dorm account. When paying for my IHS and Visa fee, what rate would the bank use on the card? Bank rate or a little higher? I want to be sure so I know how much to deposit. Also, hope GTB dollar card is still working fine? Thanks in anticipation. |
Please help us here biko... Can we combine the applicant's statement and the spouse's statement for visa application? This is because the applicant's statement only contains funds for her tuition and maintenance while the spouse's account contains enough money for the entire family inclusive of her tuition. Also the maturity of 30 days varies for both accounts. So the plan is for the applicant to apply and submit the spouse's account to show the full family funds despite the fact that, the spouse's funds is not up to 30days....is this acceptable? |
Hi guys, Please has anyone paid 500 pounds for priority recently?

@justwise @aprokodaughter, please anybody with experience in this epp oo. Thanks Hi guys, For those going to RGU, I have the following questions: - How many days did it take them to issue CAS after payment confirmation? - Can I use the applicant's bank statement for the CAS issuance and the spouse's statement for visa application? This is because the spouse's statement contains the full POF for the entire family while the applicant only has enough for the CAS. - What did you pay for IHS+Visa fee recently? I have been seeing conflicting figures. - Is GTB dollar card efficient for IHS payment? Many thanks
|
Hello Success2Success, Your application is right on track already, just declare your previous MBA and go for a PGD/C with a solid reason. You can decide to use the study of a specific course which wasn't thought in full capacity and taken as more of an elective course. Then forge through. This can be of your favour esp if you can demonstrate good financial background, good finance, and good home ties. Many thanks @JustMellow, I appreciate you. |
Wunaarroon69:Hi @Wunaarroon69, I just applied to Sasks Polytechnic (PGC - GIS) and I am trying to evaluate my chances with the VO considering the gap in my education and my work experience in other areas different from my BSc. I would also appreciate your input. |

Please guys, I need some answers to these questions that I have been holding close to my chest for years; Scenario - I was denied a US visiting visa in 2018, and I remember I was asked to state my highest level of education. I stated I have a MBA. Question - I intend to apply for a 1 year PGC/PGD or a 2 years M.Sc course in Canada, do I need state my MBA degree in my visa application? especially if I decide to settle for a 1 year PGC considering that PGC is lower than a MBA, but the focus is actually to gain technical knowledge in a field related to my BSc degree. - Is Post Graduate Certificate the same as Certificate of Achievement? Scenario - I had my BSc over 10 years ago in geology but only have about 1 year experience in the field. I have worked in other sectors not related to geology for over 7 years but with my current employment, I can tilt towards needing my geology experience. Question - How difficult would it be to convince a VO that I want to go back to study for a PGC (1 year) in geology/ or geography for a field I left 10 years ago and have not practiced? - Would going for a M.Sc of 2 years with the sole purpose of actually wanting to go back to my field which I have a BSc background in be a better argument? Apologies for the long story, I want to be sure on how to submit the best application and if possible get back to geology.
Help a brother, thanks. |

Hello house, Pls I have two questions I need help with: - As regards relatives, can an uncle who is a Canadian citizen be used to claim more points...would the points be for EE eligibility or CRS score? - If I evaluate Bsc alone and afterwards evaluate a PGD certificate with WES, will it still count as one or more certificate on CRS or I must evaluate them simultaneously to claim more points? I await your response pls. God bless you all. |
