i fault your advise for people not to include references...
i got my last job because i listed mine. the head of recruitment saw a name she knew as part of the refrees and called the person to know how competent i was....
needless to say the feedback she got meant that the interview was a mere formality...
you can then imagine how much more your chances are when you piut three references....you open yourself to the entire network of pple of those referees. |

Sibrah: Lots of people who don't understand the meaning of this thread will just flow in to attack Buhari. When Jonathan ruled the reserve was being depleted at a rate of $8B a year when oil sold for average of $80+pb, I wonder how Buhari was able to incur a decrease of just around same $8B in his 16 months with oil selling at average of less than $50pb. Thats not true. if that was true...how come jonathan left 30b in our treasury...does it mean he inherited $70 billion($8bx5yrs)? dont forget jonathan was supplying oil marketers dollars at official rate and even reduced the price of fuel to 86 naira... again, he defended the dollar all thru his tenure and it remained at 150 thereabout for 5 years... under obasanjo...a barel was btw 40-50 dollars and we had $33 billion and paid our external debts... so tell me how you can defend this mad economic management by buhari... |

ebby9z: Failure or whatever your name is, first, you don't get to insult me...i assure you you don't wanna go down that road. Comment like you have a semblance of sanity... Even if you've been repeatedly told you don't. Secondly, you talk about upholding the constitution, is subverting judgment and commercializing trials upholding of constitution, even by the very custodian of the constitution. No country can move forward if the judiciary is rotten. Democracy would become a joke and the ordinary man on the street would be doomed because his last hope, which is the judiciary has gone to the sewers i actually want to go that route...try me. so the judiciary is rotten because the executive and a nairalander says so? |
Politics › Re: National Judicial Council Reacts To Arrest Of Judges, Bars DSS From Arraignment by sucess001(m): 9:08am On Oct 14, 2016 |
AnanseK: You are clearly supporting corruption, when will the judiciary do its job? In the year 3050? We elected Buhari to fight corruption and we want nothing less. We are looking forward to more of such raids on suspects to gather evidence and prosecute them, when there is no evidence they don't prosecute. That's the only way , you don't fight corruption with kid gloves. very funny. so asking that the constitution be upheld and pple tasked with the responsibility allowed to do so is corruption? did you read the statement at all? they freaking acted on all petitions and reached conclusions within the ambit of the law... sooo i can just shoot someone i dont like and say....i suspect he is corrupt...thats also fightin corruption abi? please use ur brain... |
Politics › Re: National Judicial Council Reacts To Arrest Of Judges, Bars DSS From Arraignment by sucess001(m): 8:55am On Oct 14, 2016 |
freeze001: I can see that Nigerians persist in believing lies fabricated by the DSS/FG against the Judges. It is good that the interpreters of the law a.k.a the Judiciary has made it clear that the DSS acted outside its jurisdiction and lied about having filed complaints or petitions against some of the judges arrested particularly d Supreme Court judges. There is no petition against them!
They also failed to provide evidence to back their claims against Justice Pindiga and still went ahead to raid his house. For what reason? In the event they even succeed in bringing him for trial before any court will it not be the same story and failure to prove allegations? So why the overbearing and unlawful attacks?
All this government through the DSS has succeeded in doing is tell everyone within and outside Nigeria that they are prepared to harass and intimidate the Judiciary that is supposed to be the neutral umpire for any disputes. They have also succeeded in exposing them to possible danger and threats even from litigants and their relatives whose criminal conducts landed them on the punitive side of the law through those judges.
Now it is obvious that there is nothing but a vendetta against the Judiciary from the Executive so even security operatives can no longer be trusted to carry out their duties when assigned to any of the judges. The judiciary has just been desecrated and raped in the most denigrating and clandestine manner and I wish the NJC even demanded an official apology from the Presidency and DSS for their reprehensible and illegal actions. word! |
Politics › Re: National Judicial Council Reacts To Arrest Of Judges, Bars DSS From Arraignment by sucess001(m): 8:55am On Oct 14, 2016 |
ebby9z: So your point is that the judiciary is faultless and incorruptible? Are you saying it's wrong to cleanse a judiciary that will gladly send a man to life imprisonment for stealing a goat but will hand out a fine of 750,000 for someone who told pension funds of 700mil. Or need I remind you of the innocent souls languishing in prisons all over the country because the judges can't be bothered with giving them a fair hearing? Or the innumerable tribunal cases where they uphold rigged elections and in turn encourage election malpractice Lest I forget, it was a judge that allowed Ali Mustapha to go scot-free after being formerly sent to the gallows So, what's the point here? it is not the work of the executive to cleanse the judiciary. it is the constitutional work of the NJC and they re doing a good damn job at it...rather...buhari is to uphold the constitution ...that is wat he swore to...meaning he should uphold the constitutional provision to allow NJC deal with judges but he hasnt...cant your brain process that? |
Politics › Re: National Judicial Council Reacts To Arrest Of Judges, Bars DSS From Arraignment by sucess001(m): 8:52am On Oct 14, 2016 |
Aufbauh: Those in the NJC are bunch of comedians. With all their days of meeting on this issue this is the crap they've come up with?
l was thinking that they might recommend Buhari or DSS boss to the National assembly for impeachment or sack and demand for the release of the ceased money, rather they are pledging their unalloyed support and loyalty to the Grandmaster President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR...... So disappointed They do not have powers to do so. The above statement is most professional and dignified. i am proud to belong to this profession. |
