kingreign:
Like is said again, this is untrue.

Have you heard about QS testing? Before any LG product passes out if their factory, it under goes QS testing and must pass it to gain quality assurance mark. I also know LG electronics products, production process and staffs are ISO 9001 certified.

https://www.lg.com/global/sustainability/customer/product-quality-and-safety

Bros go and sit down one place. carry money to buy from fouani store and LG store to compare the TV u go know what I am saying. abi no be this same fouani tv almost burnt a neigbour house over the nite..

kingreign:
Not true.
LG are produced in China and S.Korea albeit, they produce different product or similar products for different market with specifications of the regions in mind.

mixed it up with samsung. but fouani products is of low standard and quality.

NoToPile:
Whats the difference between LG main store and fouani?
And where is this LG main store.

there is diff the one at opebi Allen is europe standard store not fouani nigeria market store. look at the back of fouani own it is boldly written made in china but check european standard own you will see made in slovania, czech republic, germany etc...

example fouani nigeria standard will sell 32" for 55k, while standard LG store will sell at 80 to 100k..

Gptech:
You don't need to go there, why not get a number to call from time to time?

will do that sir. thanks so much

Gptech:
Your item is already in Nigeria. Just in case, you can only open dispute after 11 days from now.

thanks boss, I don't go post office tire it no dey there, I have pickup other items except this

The ogas in the house. pls sir/ma what can I do in this situation. other package ordered the same time with this has been received. trying to open dispute but when I choose no for the did you receive your order it shows the 1st pics

You all should be careful and stop dealing with people that just open acct without verification. The plenty for here

xpizzy:
You are not better off buying UK used. When you buy from reputable distributors (Fouani being one) you get:

1 Warranty
2 After sales support
3 You are buying a version that is for the Nigerian market that can withstand surge, low current and all kinds of electrical brouhaha.

So when you buy a nameless brand from UK. How do you get parts?

Most components in nameless brand are from well known brands like samsung, lg, philip etc. i will still maintain it that fouani store sells low standard and quality lg secifically made for the nigerian market.

NoToPile:
Fouani is LG store more like LG's approved sales outlet in Naija,

I do know that the Lg's sold outside their outlet are far cheaper.

Bought a 32 inch recently around that 53k price at LG fouani store, I buy LG products at their fouani store for peace of mind.

if you want to buy original standaed LG tv go to LG main store. fouani sells a low standard LG products of african market products. make u nah no dey deceive unah sef say fouani sells high quality LG products its a big lie.

uliyaah:
OH its this dude claiming he bought his own expensive TV from Fooani, chai, see when i saw his attached image of alert ehn, I wanted to talk o cos it is pretty simple and its what I can do which doesnt stand as a proof of purchase or price, but if we talk, our elders will say we should leave them.

CHAIIIIIIIIIIIIII!

madam when we dey talk that time them no hear us, like as if we dey beef them one nonny something dey act as solicitor to them yet we no keep quiet no knowing the yeye fouani tv seller weyb brother to tecno na. scammer

How you take do am bro. I need to do that too to my wife RN7

fowlyansh181:
no one sees a good clearance price without noticing it, if you are looking to make a profit reasonable to you as seller then you are on the wrong thread , understand this... clearance is a place you sell because you want to sell off or you even give stuffs away, not a place you have the intent of selling at a reasonable price..

EDIT: and for now it’s all about protecting the buyer because the problem on this thread now isn’t actually the buyers but random sellers from no where quoting prices very close to what you’ll get the new in a market.

I tire for them oo. RoyalRoy need to come and re educate some people in this group what clearance sales means

nonny400:
You actually have a problem with understanding. And this is not an insult. I'm vehemently against the exorbitant price tags. I'm also saying we should recognize good prices when we see one.

The reason why some people hike prices us because even when they post a very low price, people still call them out or people will still price it anyhow. So they post a price that when you negotiate will still be reasonable to them.

That's my point. Let's protect the sellers too. It's not always about we the buyers. I already bought, and I will still buy.

Since you have understanding what happen to a reasonable price and after negotiation it will still be reasonable to seller or seller choose non negotiable that is if the price is reasonable.

Case study OX ceiling fan 62" sells for 8500 in market someone is posting it 8000 negotiable is that reasonable and understanding to you? Yet he didn't indicate the inch of the fan..

fowlyansh181:
as in eh.. I already reported his post though.

New one is 8500 for market, since it is negotiable he should put reasonable fair price. Cos if I take vex price am at 3k he will be angry. Good for him

Apart from kicking against outrageous prices, should we make it a rule here that whoever posts anything for sale must include price, location and phone number? Failure to adhere will have such posts pulled down Who is with me on this? Hands up.
