No she used her own statement, her husband used his.
We don't know if he is banned. They only said the visa is revoked.
She didn't go into details what issues the husband had with his statement

Good day house. Pls I need your suggestions. My boss who has been to the Uk severally, with 6months visa,2years visa, 5years and she renewed her visa in august with 10yrs visa. She,her husband and her son all got their 10yrs visa. After 2wks her husband got a mail that his visa have been revoked cos of issues with his statement of account. My boss didn't get a mail for her's and her son. She is confused if to travel with the visa,she doesn't know if her husband's issue affected hers too. Pls is there a number she can call to ask if her visa is active?

You don't need a top up masters. Some schs accept 3rd class directly so far you have considerable years of experience in the ur proposed course. Check University of Dundee,SHU ,RGU and so on

Yes you can. 'had 2.2 in accounting too but distinction in English.

More importantly, you need to be fast , most schools have closed admission for Sept 21 and January, 22 social work intakes

Start preparing to write IELTS because most schools accept between C4 and C6.
Then you can do social work if you have a strong personal statement to relate your previous study to the social work. Also ensure to get an experience in it whether as a volunteer or paid work as this will back it up. I hope this helps.

i think you should focus on the Nigerian citizen child and dont mention the US citizen child. my friend did same and had no issues

Thank you for this useful input. However, when I was answering the questions that generate the checklists, I was told the child doesn't need a visa to go to Canada because he's a US citizen which I already knew but just trying it out. So because he didn't need a visa, he (4years old) couldn't be added to the application. My issue is if the mother can't add him to her application, how then will she notify IRCC that she will be traveling with him? Is it compulsory to declare that?

Please ideas and pieces of advice needed here.

I didn't know accompanying kids also take medical exam. My baby is 1 year old,do I need a medical test for him too?

I am no expert but applying with two kids is a very long shot. You would need to write a very convincing SOP on why they must go with you, and fully demonstrate about how you intend to cater for them while you study.

Response to your questions:
1. Yes. you need to indicate the children accompanying you, including the US citizen.
2. I guess this has been answered in 1.
3. Yes, the accompanying child would take medical test and might be required to take biometrics if the child is of a certain age.

Start applying now as Canada’s processing time can’t be known all the time. Some applications take less than a month, some run into months. My application took 5 months. I’ll advise you both apply together. For Canada visa, the duration is usually till the expiration of your passport so if your passport expires on 12th of dec 2024, your visa would be till 10th December 2024. So please start now and all the best.

A detailed LOE stating my name, what i do and where i work, purpose of visit, amount made available for the trip, details of hospital and doctor i will be using. Details of how long the three of us intend to stay.

I also wrote a detailed letter addressing the prior refusal.

I think this is about all. Generally, i feel if you will be declaring your intention for childbirth, they want to know you have the finance to cover the cost and any contigencies and they also want to see the plans you have made regarding hospital and doctor who you will be using in canada and the cost.

NB, the embassy later sent a request letter to include a proof of medical insurance to cover my stay in Canada

Reapplied again in march. Hubby, mum and i. Stated tourism for hubby and mum. Stated others and childbrith for myself. Account balance this time was 10M. I wrote a detailed letter addressing the previous refusal and also wrote a LOE. Included a budget sheet. Hospital correpondence, itinerary of places hubby will visit during his stay. All other documents that we included in the previous application. Visa granted this time.

When in march did you apply? I applied 22nd of March,biometrics 1st April. Still haven't gotten any reply from them

You don't choose a day for biometrics. You can just go do it any time from 30days from recieving the letter after payment

I doubt he is been truthful because a particular day isn't booked for biometrics.

Have you paid the visa & biometrics fee $185? Yes my timeline looks same as urs but with a biometrics letter. after I paid,the next day,my biometrics letter was sent to my email. Why are u using an agent wen u can do every thing urself?

I heard that Canada consulars request for documents and do verification. If I maintain the incorrect information, I won't be able to back it up with my credentials if they eventually request for it.
So what do you think?

If you change the documents from the one u used for ur US application,Canada may know and if they find out,It will be instant ban

My question is, will the USA visa refusal and wrong details affect my Canada visa outcome?

I went for my biometrics today and my husband asked this same question about dropping of passport, they said we can send it Tru DHL and it must get to dem within 30 days.

And since u can send it Tru DHL, u can as well send it to where you actually did d capturing.
