My teamie, we are in the same boat. Infact yesterday I had to report Ayomide to his father. Especially when he turns/stretches, you would actually see one part of my tummy swell and get hard and painful until he stops. Some days ago, my dh was playing car race video game and it felt like the boy was going to jump out of my womb, I had to leave the sitting room to get some peace.
We just have active babies and mine is in the head down position hence plenty space to turn and play.

Pls una help me torchlight this matter.
I went for my ANC yesterday and met a more senior doctor. While palpating my abdomen, he said my uterus had reached about 4cm above my navel which is unusual for a 20weeks pregnancy (using my LMP-22nd of march which by the way i'm 100% sure of and i have a regular cycle). He said that fundal height is for about 25wks pregnancy and so he referred me for a scan. I'm worried about this, even made me unable to sleep well last night. Pls wat could be the reason for this?

Secondly while palpating, i felt pain on the left side of my uterus, he said i'm not supposed to feel pain. So he prescribed cefuroxine 500mg and panadol. Pls wat is the cause of this and are these drugs safe?

Pls help a worried FTM.

Abeg make una help FTM torchlight this matter. The only thing I know there is fundal height and cefuroxime (antibiotics). People that know would help.

He was just asking why your MIL left her grandchild with someone else and why she 'allowed' her niece to breastfeed her grandchild. But since your MIL wasn't aware of the breastfeeding bit, that one has cancelled one of his theories. why did granny leave the baby with her niece? Do you have a help that stays with your MIL when your child is in her house? You might want to revisit your arrangement .

About the fibroids, don't think too much about it. 2.cm is small, just keep a healthy lifestyle so it doesn't grow. I don't know if Acv and bsm are safe to take while breastfeeding.....

Ehen, I wanted to mention that I read that induction is usually more successful in subsequent pregnancies than for FTMs. The 2 FTM's I know that were induced had to eventually go for CS...infact the second one's baby was already distressed sef.

My cappo yaff catch me, EDD according to LMP Sept 2, 1st and 2nd scan says Aug 29th $ 31st respectively but I'm going with LMP as the three dates are in one week.
As for sex, scan says XX but DH says XY and considering DAT scan do fail sometimes, we are team surprise.
LO is already weighing 3.0kg from an emergency scan DOC made me do after she complained DAT baby is measuring small from her tape rule measurements. Fear first catch me say small baby but when I saw 3.0kg @ 37 weeks, Na I'm correct afraid come catch me.

My search criteria when I looking for doctor was, No Nigerian doctor and not where Nigerians flock to. And im unapologetic mehn, its my money and my life involved.

I saw it live. A relative of mine breastfeeding her grandchild. The child's mother carry belle and had to go back to school. My eyes nearly popped out of their sockets that day i went to visit. I was too embarrassed to say anything

Medical negligence is something that is common to Nigerians even in the Diaspora. If you read the give birth in US thread, you find people with bitter (nothing fatal yet thankfully) experience. Women that travel several thousands of KMs to give birth in the US only to end up choosing Naija doctors that have now developed a lackadaisical attitude to medicine. The doctors in Naija and some here knows Nigerians would not sue them, they have nothing to lose and they get away with gross negligence.
We need to start holding our healthcare practitioners accountable.
