Just thinking out loud.. Once met an Heli pilot online that adviced that if funds was not an issue, heli was a better option but even at that, I was still hell bent on airplanes as a choice of career path.

For now, the FW sector has more prospects with the new airlines popping up everywhere and lots of PJs flying around. Unmanned drones are already doing some of the pipeline surveillance that Helis uses to do hence reducing flights to human transportation only. And it'll take a while before unmanned human transport aircrafts will be commissioned so we'll still have jobs for a while

It's really very confusing on how to dress him up or balance everything

The sneezing might be due to allergens. Ensure there's no dust on the net where the open windows are. ACs are better fan, you can set the temperature at 24° or above

So we ve been TTC for 2 years now although we ve been together for 4 years and we didn't conceive for one day.
So when we started doing all the necessary tests, we found out my wife had PID which gave her abdominal pains. We ve treated the PID, Treated the Infections, did Hsg which came out clear, checked for the womb which was okay, Checked my sperm count which was above 100 million with good mortility, so the doctor decided to Track her period and ovulation to check if she was shedding the eggs properly, on the First month of the tracking, he said the eggs didn't shed but formed cysts. he then placed us on Antibiotics and said the Cysts will clear, so the following month, we tracked it again and he said the egg was meant to shed on day 14 but as of day 13 he said we need an injection ( IM BHCG 5000 IU x2) to help the egg shed the following day, we paid and he gave her the injection and told us to do the baby dance on day 14th and come back to his office for the final results, we went back to the hospital and after the tracking, they said the Egg didn't shed and it has already Formed a cyst.


Please i need help on this.
How come the egg is not shedding and she sees her period every month?
whats causing these cysts ?
How can we stop these cysts ?
Do we need to change hospital?
please advise a Brother

Period blood is not from egg not shedding, its from uterine lining shedding....hence why someone with monthly bleeding doesnt necessarily mean they ovulate.

Did the doctor check her hormones prior to tracking? If yes, share the results here.
Did he give her clomid during the tracking days?
Is your wife overweight or underweight? Does she have hair on her chin

Your vaginal ph may have changed.
Do you douche? Use soap to wash your vagina?
You can do the "antibiotics regimen" I posted years ago and you and your partner follow it through. Or you get probiotics to help restore good bacteria to your system.
Wash your undies with hot water while on the antibiotics then discard them after then get new cotton full pants (no g strings).

Back to the hospital and see a pediatrician pls. Not peeing might mean she's already dehydrated ...sometimes loss of appetite is a sign that the baby is fighting illness or is ill. Is the appetite loss a new occurrence? Either ways, you should take her to see a pediatrician pls

If you can find the footless ones he can wear them for longer as he grows taller.
Also, unless you are saving the old ones for another baby, you can cut off the foot part and he can still wear it for some extra month or 2.

Your initial post didn't say you were having cramps....you said no pain in the stomach only neck.
The beta HCG test will show if you are still pregnant or experiencing a miscarriage.
As callous as it might sound, in this case a miscarriage is better than an ectopic pregnancy.

Mama good morning, can a suspected ectopic pregnancy be flushed out using medications instead of surgery, according to my TVS result they are suspecting ectopic pregnancy but not too sure, they said I should wait till Saturday to run another test, Main while I am seeing blood like normal period while I am supposed to be two months pregnant, no pain the the stomach but pain in the neck.

Yes, when detected early, an ectopic pregnancy without unstable bleeding can be treated with medication that stops the growth of the tissue.
You are already 8weeks gone according to your LMP? You need to go do the beta HCG test to confirm you are pregnant cos the scan cannot detect a fetus in your uterus.
I just realised this morning that neck pain is also a sign of ectopic pregnancy Also pain in shoulder and rectum are signs..
Since you are already bleeding you may need to go the surgery route.

Ectopic pregnancy is as a result of partially blocked fallopian tubes (the fertilized egg is unable to travel into the uterus to implant hence the fetus starts growing in the fallopian tubes.
How many ectopic pregnancies have you had? Was there a tubal liitigation?
You need to ensure your tubes are open (carrying out a HSG) before trying to conceive again.

You also need to know why you are not ovulating ( hormonal profile test) to know what solution to proffer.

Cyst removal is done laparoscopically...unless funds is an issue, she doesn't need to be scared at all.

Pls work with your doctor on this one. Herbal isnt always the best solution to all issues. Adnemyosis is the cause of your period pain and temporarily stopping the periods should help.

The transition from milk to solids can be daunting for both parents and the child sometimes...you have to be patient. Try different options until you find something that he likes. Dont offer junk foods!. See my above comment for link and supplement.

You already know due to her birth weight you cant compare with other babies...she has doubled her weight by 6months and is on track to trippling it by age 1. She is thriving. Just ensure you continue adding age appropriate milk to her food and try to give all classes of food.
Astymin is good for weight gain (but please confirm from the pharmacists if it can be given to a 7month old!)

My baby of 2 months plus finds it hard to poop, he is being breastfed and started giving him food 3 weeks ago but not constant unlike the breast milk..We've been giving him water, we were told to get him baby's vitamin c yet he hasn't poo for the past 3 days as such grunts, cry and stretch so much. Can we dilute orange in his water for consumption?

What kind of food are you giving?

Why not go back to only breastfeeding for a while and save the baby the stress?
