The problem is that you have installed malware that is among your system apps. If your phone is rooted and you know what app is causing it, you can remove the app manually. Otherwise you will have to flash a stock or a custom rom.
On the other hand, you could try getting an antivirus from the play store, though I don't know if that will work

This is not true. I googled tecno's history and saw that there was a year tecno bought itel. Tecno openly said it but if u are saying they own infinix y didn't tecno say d same, they agreed that dey own itel y cant dey say d same with.
