Just to clear you, there's a section called personal history - this section applies to you and your spouse - where you have to fill in activities (education, employment, etc) for the past ten years. I am certain your spouse work history will be captured under this section regardless of your answer to him/her having work history. So, you application will still show your spouse worked or still working thereby justifying the money coming from him/her.

If I were you, I wouldn't even bother. This shouldn't cause you worry. I don't think they care very much about the source of your POF; they only require that it's easily accessible and not borrowed (without substantiation).

Thank u, MI worry is hope they won't think it was borrowed since I chose " NO WORK HISTORY from the info I supplied, (the money has been coming monthly from my spouse salary so not a lump sum )

My advice will be No, cos you can't really predict what ur ielts may turn out to be. PCC is 3months,Medical is 1yr but it's tied to ur visa so u may want to buy enough time bfr departure

Please I learnt here that once a passport is less than 6 months to expiry, it is best to get a new one to apply for EE.

My wife will be needing to get a new passport and have a change in surname as well. I know that in the past name change can only be done in Abuja.

Please what is the current process of doing so. Can it be done in other passport offices now?

from my own little knowledge, I no be guru. After ITA, ur age is locked at the discretion of the VO and then Locked after AOR not minding the VO. U can check their site for further clarification

My question is my husband is a doctor and the principal applicant, his physicianapply's portal now says ECFMG has sent his certificate for source verification. Pls is there any OOU doctor in the house that can direct us on how to get the school to respond promptly, is there anyone we need to talk to, and fees we need to pay the school? Please any help will be grately appreciated.

Secondly, his job title is MEDICAL OFFICER, and works for the Primary health care board Lagos. Which NOC is that please? I only saw MOH in the list and general practitioner. I am a little confused about that. Pls assist.

Hello house. I have searched the thread but just want to ask again to be sure. My affidavit for change of name is dated March this year, I just got it because I can't remember where I kept the former one, can't even remember having one though I was told I did.
Marriage certificate is 2014, newspaper 2014. Will it be OK to upload the three docs in change of name pace holder even though the affidavit is 2017?

Not a problem, MI court wedding(2017) was done after I had change of name affidavit and newspaper(2016) sef, used it like that for study permit, no issues.

NO, but they usually will "say your documents have been reviewed and will be forwarded to ECFMG" , this should take place within 3days or so. U can then call them to know when they sent it and follow up like aftr 4-5wks with ur school

For MCC u u need to certify it, in fact that delayed mine.

very different, just fill as instructed and submit by paperback alongside ur passport which must be certified too

it reads CERTIFY so a lawyer with the NBA can, he must put his seal/stamp, notary officer, commissioner for oath. I used a lawyer tho. There are steps to follow I think it comes with the instructions, u shd also certify ur change of name documents (marriage certificate,newspaper and affidavit - I certified and submitted all as I didn't want to take chances)

We have paid for and opened the physicians apply account. The next step is to send the certified copy of his passport, cover page, Identity Confirmation Form and degree cover letter to MCC and also pay for the verification

Do we also send a certified copy of the degree to MCC? From what I've read, MCC will contact the school directly to verify the degree.

For the degree certificate u can send a clear copy alongside with the passport or email it to them. Secondly, U don't need to certify degree certificate just ur passport and change of name documents plus other specified documents . Remember,his certified documents must be by papermail

IELTS of today... The listening did me strong thing...after they had stressed us....and it was taken last. I'm not confident of that result anymore.

Do not worry just pray and believe that it's a done deal, in my case I wasn't sure of the 2 questions frm d map, 2frm matching and sure missed 2 multiple choice questions, but I prayed eh and how I landed at 8.5 I can't say how, but only say it can only be God, so just keep hopes alive it will end in praise.
