Politics / Re: Update On Osun Governorship Election Tribunal by Sunshyne200(m): 3:48pm On Jan 23, 2019
9jahotblog:
Osun Tribunal: Confusion in INEC over Witnesses

For three straight days, the Independent National Electoral Commission failed to present witnesses to justify its declaration of the governorship election of September 22nd , 2018 as inconclusive and declared Gboyega Oyetola elected as Governor.

At the resumed tribunal sitting today in Abuja ,counsel to INEC ,Adesina Agbede proceeded to tender just 2 documents. He again promised the court that the witnesses will be available tommorow.

While according to the law, the electoral body has 10 days to conclude its presentation of witnesses and documents ,reports indicated that the reason for the delay is beyond tactics and strategies.

Just as it was admitted that INEC may be employing delay tactics ,insider reports at the tribunal indicated that there is confusion within the commission on the assembling and tutoring of witnesses.

The INEC lawyer, Agbede who was apparently unhappy at the development was on the defensive as the panel in compliance with the law accepted his request for another adjournment till tommorow.

The INEC counsel was however put on tight rope as the panel chairman before adjournment, asked: "what are you doing tommorow"

In response ,the INEC counsel said "finally ,the witnesses will be available sir tommorow for cross examination"

Lawyers in the court said the panel had indirectly put the INEC counsel to task as any failure to present the witnesses tommorow may rob off on his integrity.

An APC Lawyer in the know of the development said INEC is confused as to who to present for cross-examination before the panel.

According to him,INEC had forwarded wrong list of witnesses to their counsel, adding "the people sent are the wrong ones.We may instead seek intervention of the court to present APC witnesses if INEC is not ready",he said.

The lawyer who was discussing with his colleagues in hushed tones said INEC is apparently ill prepared to defend the outcome of the election, adding "we will take up the matter by defending the results that produced Gboyega Oyetola and the APC as the winner of the election"

After today's adjournment, Niyi Owolade, head of PDP legal team ,said the petitioner's team is prepared to cross examine INEC witnesses.

"We are ready for INEC.Apparently INEC is not ready. It is difficult to defend falsehood. We are waiting.Justice will be served because our God is a God of justice",he said.

Since this is the same reason they refuse kwara south senatorial candidate swap, let the count nullify that result and announce the dancing senator jare.

Law maker, breaking the law.

See this idiot, don't you know that Ganduje is a sitting governor and enjoys immunity from prosecution until after his term as a governor has elapsed as provided for by S.308 of the Constitution?...You can wait till after 2023 when he must have finished serving his tenure as a governor then you can sue him...

what you have said would have made sense without the first 3 words.

because you are an APC apologist looking for how to split votes.

How many almajiris know about other parties?

Instead of telling us on NL to vote other parties, go visit all the northern states and preach this idea to them.

Stop coming here looking for how to split votes.

Any vote for another party is a vote for Buhari... And we all know that buhari has failed.

that is it, I feel APC is sponsoring those parties to split PDPs votes, else why haven't they campaigned in the north were they need to really drive their votes, since the north accounts for more than 65% of votes cast?

What is it that Buhari did that Obasanjo hasn't done before.

He's just trying to demarket Buhari but it's too late for him because we've made up our minds.

Obasanjo is known to be a selfish person who thinks nobody in Nigeria, living or dead, can equal his political records.

See the person that is talking. His aborted 3rd time attempt is still paining him.

you see this is my issue. we are talking about Nigeria, patriotism should come first to the nation and only to the nation.

with all Abraham Lincoln did to America,he was murdered and today America still stands.

let's remember we owe our kids a future to thrive in.

tell yourself that 30yrs time, your children would never talk about going abroad for school, healthcare, etc, then vote after that thought not because of what someone said.

In as much as i don’t support the hurried trial of the CJN, he himself said one thing that got me so amused. He said: “I forgot to update and declare my asset” which is an indicting statement that in a normal clime resignation should have followed.

yeah that's wrong, but in 2016 when he was to be made the cjn, he declared it.

I have followed that story, their issue is that 2009 he didn't declare it, not like he didn't do it later .

so they are saying there is a vacuum of 2011 assets declaration, but was declared in 2016.

I can't get his statement, but if you can read it again.its all just propaganda.
Romance / Re: How Do I Approach Girls I Just Saw For The First Time by Sunshyne200(m): 4:28pm On Jan 20, 2019
Newboss:
Girls don't like the feeling of being "picked up". You may not be doing that, but most guys who approach girls on the street are attempting a pick up (something like fūck and go), and most girls have been taking mental note of that. Telling a girl you like her on meeting her is stupid because it sells you out as a loser.

If you must approach on the street (not advisable tho), make sure there's a storyline (something that lead to something that lead to something). Picking up a girl with a car is easy because there's automatically a storyline: "He saw me standing by the road, and he pulled over and gave me a lift... ". That looks natural to them and not premeditated.

Try asking her for directions. While she's talking, ignore what she's saying and pay attention to how she's saying it. When she's done, without wasting time, ask her something about your observation, like "That accent tho, are you Ghanaian?". Of course she's not. That's the beginning of the storyline. She'll smile (meaning no tension). Talk about the accent and how you had a friend with that kinda accent. Make sure you're talking about a girl but not your girlfriend because that would tip her off. Make the story funny.

There are so many other storylines you can generate on the fly depending on who you're talking to.

If you can't generate a storyline, do not approach her, even if she's hitting on you. Girls switch really quick from hitting on you to losing interest in you.

Some girls get literarily turned on, and you could perceive the scent, when you use the right storyline on them.

You are good.
Just vote for Atiku and be perfect.
Politics / Re: 25 Things Obasanjo Said About Buhari, Osinbajo And INEC Today by Sunshyne200(m): 4:07pm On Jan 20, 2019
This is the absolute truth without Bias. Justice must not be served only, but must SEEN to be served.

How can Amina Zakari still occupy that position for a 2weeks event? It's because something is needed.

How can a CJN be hastened to recuse his seat, in a hurried trial, without giving him time to present his defense?

In the letter by Agyaha, he said because of the charge the CJN CAN'T be allowed to continue till after the election, so there is a timeline for judgements now, cajoling the court, but in Gandujes case, it's allowed to crawl and participate in sewing election; even revoking the victims contract.

I pledge to Nigeria my country.

It's all about my country

Let's think please.

Politics / Re: Why You Should Vote For Kingsley Moghalu As The Next Nigeria President by Sunshyne200(m): 3:59pm On Jan 20, 2019
The idea is not voting for Prof Kingsley, but voting out Buhari.

Sokoto, Kano, kaduna, Jos, borno etc have never seen the other contestants poster.

So for now, let's take the power from buhari and hand over to Atiku, then to an intelligent person 2023.

I don't have a problem with Buhari, just with his policies; health, cabals, nepotism, high handedness etc.

I can promise you, those other candidates can get more than 20.000 in the whole north combined.

So anaylse this please...

Politics / Re: ATIKU Was Right Not To DEBATE Without Buhari — Chidi Cali by Sunshyne200(m): 3:38pm On Jan 20, 2019
This is how intelligent people should anaylse stuffs.

The leaders have starved the people of education, under funded it and bastardized the institution, so that they can remain in power over and continue to rule over the people, since nobody is intelligent enough go confront them.

Also, when the little intelligent folks confront them, they use the power of numbers(those without adequate education) as a weapon to garner votes.

I dare say, Nigerian would make progress only after the education sector and out of school children is addressed.

PS: leaders here refer to Past(military and civilian).

I think he's making empty promises. He'd still use the illiteracy of the north to his advantage; nothing new there. Don't expect automatic redemption. I'm just baffled by how self acclaimed educated southerners fall for these cheap lies. Atiku's thirst is conspicuous.

If he is making empty promises, what Buhari and APC made was non-existent.

We just have to chose between the devil dn the deep blue sea.

But guess what, the deep blue sea can have survivors, while the devil is eternal.

How well do you know Atiku? For all we know he could turn out worse than Buhari; Which isn't farfetched at all.

For now, that's the only option we have, until the whole country especially the north is educated enough to know another party exists.

The illiteracy in the north, would make it almost impossible to vote a diplomat not in pdp or APC as they vote by religion line and party too.

So join me let's articulate, even though he may be like Buhari, but he can't be Buhari.

Guess who is the president at these times; the lifeless one.

Governance is no propaganda, rather facts and measurable results.

I love Buhari as an Army General, but dislike him as democratic President.

Lets join the Atikulated Movement sweeping across the Niger Area.
