The 100naira charge you used to pay when you use another bank's atm before CBN stopped it, who do you think bears that charge now?

The strategy is simple. They want to discourage their customers from using other banks' ATMs. Every time you use your card on another bank's ATM, your bank pays the other bank, as against you paying as it used to be. So if you insist on using the other's ATM, then you'll pay for a new card if yours is trapped.

Ishilove: The horrible things people do in the name is religion makes my heart bleed.

I would have loved the death penalty for this man. Hung by his neck till he is dead. Firing squad is too quick and easy. A very slow and painful death is what people like this deserve. However since he has shown no remorse and he has been given a life sentence with hard labour, I sincerely hope he is given the hardest and dirtiest work to do, and at the end of each day, he will share his cell with hardened, lust crazed homosexual criminals...day in...day out...
