I wrote WAEC in 1993, how do I get the original cert from their yaba office. I need it urgently for a post.
If it is schoolbased, go to your secondary school where you sat for it but if it is GCE, go to WAEC office in the state you sat for it.
Go along with your passport fotos, the then statement of result issued by WAEC, and of course enough cash.

Health Benefit of Skim Milk

Low-fat milk

Skimmed milk is milk from which the cream has been removed. The removal of the cream makes the milk low in fat. The absence of saturated fat in the milk can help prevent weight gain and promote heart health. Besides, the milk is low in cholesterol and is thus, helpful in maintaining the cholesterol levels in your body.

High in protein

It is considered to be a good source of protein containing all the nine amino acids. The amino acids are responsible for building and maintaining lean muscles. According to research, the protein in skim milk builds muscles more quickly than soy protein. Skim milk contains casein, a protein which can be easily digested. A cup of skimmed milk can provide you with 8.5g of protein.

Contains fewer calories

Skimmed milk is low in calories as compared to whole milk. One cup of skimmed milk contains 71 cal, whereas a cup of cow’s milk contains as much as 160 cal. Most of the calories in skimmed milk come from its carbohydrate content. It is a healthy source of the carbohydrate lactose that contributes to the calorie count of milk. Here are the number of calories in different types of milk.

Rich in minerals

Skimmed milk offers a variety of essential minerals like selenium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc and phosphorous. Calcium helps build strong teeth and bones and ensures that the muscles contract properly. Potassium helps in proper regulation of blood pressure and heart function.
How do we contact you.

Business To BusinessRe: Need Funding For Your Start Up? by superman1073: 9:38pm On Nov 30, 2018
Dalighieri:
The ecosystem around investing is changing rapidly and you as a founder needs to quickly adapt to the rapid changes to succeed in fund raising for your start up.

I have met many entrepreneurs who complain about difficulties of raising funds for their start ups,but in my mind i always assumed this was only limited to those who are not exposed to digital media, numerous funding mechanisms on offer or lack social networking skills which is like key to success in our country.
However after reading the report of a digital media campaign our company recently ran, targeting 25-34yrs old age demographic of start up entrepreneurs in Nigeria I had cause to change my mind, after I observed a consistent but worrying pattern cutting across the overwhelming requests from our responders.
You see while we had a mix of requests’ from people who needed sales and marketing help, writing business plans and the likes a clear majority of people who responded had challenges raising funds either to start their side or main hustle, or even scale up capacity for optimal growth.
For a casual watcher this might seem like an obvious challenge, until you pause to consider a lack of assistance from Govt agencies,Banks,Micro finance etc coupled with my interaction with some of these responders and research on the issue.

As someone who relocated back to Nigeria from the UK,i took the proactive and engaging UK Government support and grants for small business as a right not priviledge, not until I realised that lack of support for Nigerian start ups goes beyond just raising funds alone, but confronts challenges like a deficiency of information and support regarding critical requirements an entrepreneur must get right to raise seed funding from Angel/seed stage investors,Peer-to-peer lenders,Venture Capitalists even personal investors which falls under friends, family and Organisations that raise funds for start ups especially in the 3rd world.

I bet many of you who fall under the tag of #startupentrepreneurs have written countless proposals for funding but have been rejected multiple times, leading to frustration and a dilemma questioning what you did wrong.
-Do you know if your pitch was convincing to investors or it raised several red flags you were not aware of?
-were you even given constructive feedback or a condescending//patronising brush off?
Answers to these seemingly common innocuous questions can diagnose a whole lot regarding the reason for your rejection.

As a Business analyst and strategist of many years in the Uk,i have been opportuned to come across some of these organisations, attended seminars and also consulted for a few hence I have a lot of information and tips I intend to share with Nigerian start up entrepreneurs mainly on funding which I believe will benefit many and unlock their potentials.

In subsequent write ups tagged #Startupfundingfundamentals series I will be sharing tips in the following areas of fundraising for your start up.

-How to write a standard funding request/executive summary
-when is the right time to seek funding
-critical terms a start up entrepreneur must know e.g. letter of equity, post money safe, convertibles, equity.
-types of investor funding and which is right for you.
-How to convince an investor
-secrets to a winning pitch/presentation
-negotiations
-legal due diligence to protect your investment
In addition at a later date, I will share details of some international organisations funding African start ups across a variety of investment sectors.I hope you find the information I will be sharing subsequently useful for your business.

FamilyRe: Make Your Husband Suffer! by superman1073: 6:58pm On Nov 13, 2018
Flowers95:
Have you ever bought a pair of shoes, that you saved up to get and was so excited to buy? The first time you wore it, you were filled with excitement and couldn’t get enough of it. However, the more you wore it, the less valuable it became and after a year of constant use it became practically useless to you. This is how men view sex with you.

To completely remove sex from the equation is not what I’m telling you young ladies to do. However, you must not give that man sex every time he wants it, the value of your sex decreases every single time you give it to him. Men will never tell you this, in fact they will tell you the more sex the better, however this is not how they think. You must make him yearn for it, tease him. If you’re married, having sex with your husband more than 3 times in a week without an issue, is disastrous. It will not be long before that man gets tired of you, this is just the reality. Deprive him, this is what he wants as long as it’s not excessive. Once a week or every two weeks is preferable. Men like to work for sex, because it’s rewarding for them. Even in marriage, you must have this mentality. Sex given to them freely is not valuable.

Young Wives in the house, stop texting or calling your hubby every minute of the day. If that man knows every single thing you do, your whereabouts, you become predictable and boring. Let that man wonder what you are doing, even in marriage. Men like thrill, confusion and unpredictable behaviour. As much as they tell you they don’t like it, they do.

All in all, use your feminine power to get the most out of marriage life. Good luck young ladies If you need advice on marital issues, feel free to send me a pm.
I presume you are still single/divorcee.
If it works for your marriage then not for all.

Marriage on internet.End time marriage.

I pity gullible ladies that will fall prey to your advice and after all bite their fingers in return.

Nonsense.

f) Eliminate PRIVATE PRACTICE in public workforce
