Is it not high time we stop this display of hypocrisy?
To the extent that all those commenting here seem to support one side or the other.
Just as I won't support the action of the lecturer or that of others like him, it sounds hypocritical that most of us pretend that we don't know that you get the kind of society you deserve.
When we talk about enforcement of dressing code and guarding the morality of our male folks (students and lecturers alike), we tend to cry to high heavens that they are adults and there's freedom in what we wear.
Let me ask two questions here.
1. How many of us would pass the test if we have the chance to have any beautiful and provocatively dressed daughter of eve that we have authority over? Only few rightly guarded and principled ones.
2. Do you think its critically looked into the moral uprightness of a professor before considering him for the job? Or because you think since he is a professor he ceases to be a normal man! Any normal and healthy man on our typical campuses will constantly battle with temptation.
So free our men and advise our sisters to dress decently

What shocked me the most was when a friend told me that he knew someone in Rwanda who wanted to do some business. He went through the normal process of registering his business and they told him his business license would be ready within 72hrs. The young man, been a Nigerian thought that the 72hrs given will take forever but lo and behold, he said he got a call as well as a mail telling him his license was ready.
Upon getting there, hr asked how much was he going to pay and he was asked why would he pay money for a business that is just starting up and hasn't even started yielding profit. The young man was gobsmacked

*".......AND GOD DIED....." 5 OF 6*

*The correct teachings of Jesus within the Bible proves all Paul’s fabricated letters/writings within the Bible false*. The whole idea is just nonsensical. Paul, a man that never even met Jesus. *So, WHO IS/ARE THE AUTHORS OF THIS CONFUSION CALLED THE BIBLE*.
❌Obviously not God, but many uninspired, unidentifiable liars & Fraudsters & ANTICHRISTS such as Paul.
*“For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints*. 1 Corinthians 14:33”.
With both anti God & Pro God positions, errors & fallacies, inconsistencies etc.
*“The Jehovah’s Witnesses in their “AWAKE!” Magazine dated 8 September, 1957, carried this startling headline “50,000 Errors in The Bible?*
The protestant bible has 66-books, the Catholic bible has 73-books , despite this amazing disparity; the apologists still claim that there is only one error free bible supposedly revealed by the (3 in 1 God) PRESENTING THIS VERSE AS A PROOF
*“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness” 2Timothy 3:16.*
❓SO, HOW MANY BOOKS WERE ACTUALLY GOD-BREATHED.
⚠ *The same bible warns: “and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his part from the tree of life and from the holy city, which are written in this book.” Rev. 22:19”*.
❓SO, WHO IS CURSED BY THE BIBLE? *THE CATHOLICS OR THE PROTESTANTS?* TO BE SURE OF THIS, WE NEED TO KNOW THE TRUE NUMBER OF BOOKS SUPPOSEDLY REVEALED BY GOD SO AS TO KNOW WHO ADDED OR SUBTRACTED FROM IT.✅Allah, in the last testament called THE QURAN also curses the authors of confusion. *“So woe to those who write the "scripture" with their own hands, then say, "This is from Allah," in order to exchange it for a small price. Woe to them for what their hands have written and woe to them for what they earn”. Q2: 79*.
The sicknesses of the bible have been diagnosed long ago by the Christian theologians & the answer is expressed in the Preface to the *Revised Standard Version (RSV) 2nd ed., 1971) “Yet, the King James Version has grave defects*. By the middle of the nineteenth century, the development of Biblical studies and the discovery of many manuscripts more ancient than those upon which the King James Version was based, made it manifest that *THESE DEFECTS ARE SO MANY AND SO SERIOUS AS TO CALL FOR REVISION of the English translation.”.* The preface of the Queens James Bible also says *“the Bible is still filled with inequality and even contradictions that we have not addressed. No Bible is perfect, including this one.”*.
Luke 1 vs 1-4 proof that the *bible is nothing but a compilation of stories & letters written by human beings to one another*. “Many have undertaken to draw up an account of the things that have been fulfilled among us, just as they were handed down to us by those who from the first were eyewitnesses and servants of the word. With this in mind, since I myself have carefully investigated everything from the beginning, I too decided to write an orderly account for you, most excellent Theophilus, so that you may know the certainty of the things you have been taught.“.
❓Is it imaginable that despite all these proofs of human authorship with serious defects, the book still says that entire bible is GOD BREATHED? 2Timothy 3:16.
How can any right thinking person base his/her salvation in the hereafter on a book of confusion supposedly written by 40 uninspired men of Satan.

“Verily We: It is We Who have sent down the Dhikr/Reminder (i.e. the Quran) and surely, We will guard it (from corruption)”. Q15:9.
*This is the most positive speech in the world. It’s a proclamation to humanity, a fountain of mercy, guidance for all, healing for the sick, wisdom for all, warning to the heedless, assurance to doubters, solace to the suffering, hope to the desperate, criterion differentiating right from wrong & the greatest miracle to humankind. It is the timeless Speech of Allah, it is not a creation of Allah.*

“Then do they not reflect upon the Qur'an? If it had been from [any] other than Allah, they would have found within it much contradiction”. Q4:82.
The bible & the Qur’an talk about the creation of Adam & Eve (May peace be upon them) but there is a world of difference between their accounts. For instance, the bible blames only eve while the Qur’an blame both of them. We said: “O Adam! Dwell thou and thy wife in the Garden; and eat of the bountiful things therein as ye will; but approach not this tree, or ye run into harm and transgression.” [Q2:35].In the Bible, God is reported to have said that if they would eat from this tree, they would die. When they ate from the tree, they regretted what they had done, and sought forgiveness:
*“Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves. If you forgive us not, and bestow not upon us Your Mercy, we shall certainly be of the losers” [Q7:23]*.
The sin of Adam stemmed from desire, not from arrogance unlike that of satan, hence Allah guided him to repent and He accepted that from him:
“Then Adam received from his Lord Words. And his Lord pardoned him (accepted his repentance). Verily, He is the One who forgives (accepts repentance), the Most Merciful” [2:37].
*This became a methodology for Adam and his descendants: that whoever sins & repents sincerely, Allah will accept his repentance.Making mistakes is a part of human nature. Prophet Muhammad (peace of Allah be upon him) said, *“Every son of Adam is bound to commit sins…” (al-Tirmidhi) “…and the best of those who commit sins are those who repent.”* .also [Q39:53]
“And He it is who accepts repentance from His slaves, and forgives sins, and He knows what you do”. (42:25).
The ultimate forgiveness befitting to the Almighty God (ALLAH, ELLAH, ELOHIM) is an unconditional forgiveness. Forgiveness after a revenge e.g. God killing Himself or His only Son before forgiving is fake, pointless & not a forgiveness but a revenge.

Christianity EtcRe: Is Jesus Greater Than The True God? by Superman30(m): 3:34am On Apr 10, 2018
salvation101:
good am glad i could be of help as usual smiley John 7:37-39,
37 In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.

38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.) .. If the Holy Spirit could only come after Jesus was glorified and we are aware he came after the resurrection.. His glorification was evident in the type of Body he had after resurrection wch knew no barrier. He appeared and disappeared at will and even ascended before the eyes of his followers.

john 17:5,

5 And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.

6 I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word.

7 Now they have known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are of thee.

that's nice, Infact you should be seeing three. The one at the beginning who shared same glory with the father , the one who came (died for sin of mankind and is now resurrected) and the one who is now Glorified. And its the selfsame person, yes he was equal with God while on earth, not in glory or power but in being. He is who he is. Dat a president temporarily decides to leave his luxury and security details just to mingle with his subject in order to see their situation clearly, doesn't change the fact dat he is who he is but wit a lesser glory (albeit very temporary till his purpose is fulfilled)

the concept of him being greater or lesser only exists in ur human imagination from experience of a corrupted world. There is no competition among the Godhead. The glory is shared

well maybe i shouldn't have personalized it to you. The fact is humans try to understand scripture from their knowledge of a corrupted system like the one in d world.

if every adult knew it already , Jesus wouldn't have taught it. And we wouldn't still be experiencing polygeny and polyandry in our world today. So u see its still a mystery dat even science cannot demystify.

yes, Jesus was right.. We will be one with God, not in this life though, but in that wch is to come when our mortality shall put on immortality. Only the saints of God will experience dat
correct yourself because God's glory is not shared.
With all these you are spewing here how do you still claim you worship one God?

I love ur points. However, if u say Jesus was a seed of Eve, wldnt that mean dat Jesus was born in sin, in accordance with Romans 5:12? God forbid!
Revelation 12:1-6, tells of the woman who gave birth to a child. That child is Jesus Christ, but the woman is not Mary, because Revelation 1:1 tells us that John saw things (visions) that were to take place shortly (in the future) and Jesus Christ had already been born, died a had ascended back to heaven. The woman represented a figurative expression of God's arrangement of a heavenly government/kingdom which has Jesus Christ as it's ruler, as was foretold in Dan. 2:44 and Dan. 7:13-14.
just listen to urself ! God arranging a heavenly kingdom for Jesus and confused and sick you still claim they are one and the same person.
Sometimes I wonder who you see when you pray? Jesus or God!
Whereas Jesus worshipped God and taught how to worship God alone.

mtchew,I wouldn't blame u,but the honourable gent wasting His time on u..
Jesus, is our high priest.. he's the final sacrifice that all men should be drawn to the Father.. in Leviticus, and Deuteronomy, whenever a sin is commuted, the blood of a lamb is used as an atonement, it covers sins for a particular time..and according to the "law", it is done frequently, so that the sins won't reach to high heavens...but for his long,do we continue to sacrifice ram?? the final sacrifice, to " cover"not "murder", was Jesus Christ, who came in the order of melizedek(king+high priest), was to finally atone for the sins of men,in the sense that those sacrifices, are no longer needed, and draw us from the claws of laws to " grace"..that sacrifice, and not murder, still speaks for generation unborn.
so according to you guys in order for God to forgive you he has to sacrifice Himself! This is blasphemous

rather, he cried because of the nature of his death, not because of the reason of his death.. mind u,he was in human form, he felt the pains of nails being driven into his palms, he felt the pains of thorns on his head..even we Christians today, sometimes after praying and all,we know God is at there, but we still have the feelings of dejection, rejection, that's the power of the"flesh "..

goodmanjustice:
I do not actually know the fulcrum of your argument, but I'll make some guesses to aid me offer a response. I reckon your argument is that Jesus is God almighty himself. But there is a structural lapse in your offering which puts a strain on the edifies of opinion you hold out. First your position shows you are discussing two entities. Whether you agree or not is immaterial, for Jesus says in John 14:28..You heard that I said to you...the father is greater than I am. In the account of Colossians 1: 15, apostle Paul referred to Jesus as the "image of th invisible God, the first born of all creation"...Jesus thus was created, hence, he who created him must be greater. Is it any wonder then that Jesus on a number of occasion while on earth said he had come to do the will of the one that sent him. In fact, on the night of his death, the pain was so much that he wished things changed, but as it was, it wasn't in his powers to change the tide. Prior to the selection of his disciples, Jesus was said to have prayed all night to make the right choice, to whom was he praying, if he had that much power, why did he need to be guided. Again, whose voice came down from heaven to confirm Jesus' sonship at his baptism, perhaps it was Jesus'own voice that said to Jesus" this is my son with whom I am well pleased"? During the transfiguration , the same voice boomed from heaven but with the addition "listen to him". Throughout Jesus ministry on earth, he made it clear that he was a messenger, he never arrogated powers to himself, he referred his listeners to a Being greater than he. .. Your argument obviously touches on the relationship between Jesus and God the almighty. Whether we accept it or not, Jesus himself has accepted his position as the second in command, a perfect representation of his father. He did not say "no one comes to me except through me" but no one comes to the father, we all are going to the father, Jesus is a means, hid father, the end...Happy Sunday brothers and sisters
you are closer to the truth! He was a messenger and not the owner of the message.
They keep contriving and putting words into the mouth of that innocent man.
To know who Jesus truly is I advise you guys to study the Quran. The last testament
