Yes! They pay end of year bonus as well as other juicy bonuses. If you got in, I repeat, you are already a millionaire. To buy a slot at NERC is not less than 4mil for a position as small as Analyst III.

Analyst I gets about 420+ every month
Analyst II gets about 380+
Analyst III gets about 320+

And these are like the lowest grades. NERC is almost similar to NPA. One of the best paying MDAs. If you get in, you are a millionaire already. Goodluck to the selected.

Always expect the worst and the worst here is that everyone meant to receive mail has receive his or her invite.

As to the interview, it certainly gonna be in batches. How do u expect civil servants to conduct interview for more than 3000 people in 2-3 daya ? And it's in their Hq o not even in some hall of a hotel or so.

NERC remuneration is better than that of NNPC, DPR, NCDMB and other oil agencies. Just try ur best and pray for the best out of the recruitment.
