During the last proceedings at the tribunal,16 June 2023,one of the respondent lawyer crossing examining one of the witnesses claimed that INEC made a publication on 23rd February that they will no longer transmit results [ form EC8A] from the polling unit at real time.
Basically,they have abandoned the capturing of results using BVAS at the polling unit and uploading them to the IREV at real time.
