Dude...this is just my opinion. Tell me how any of these proposals would set Nigeria back 60 years? The point I'm trying to drive accross is that we need to reduce the cost of governance and salaries of people in government.

olamathins: I actually hate typing but my job demands writing alot. I use a software to do my typings (including online chating), so i do not need to worry about my typing speed. The software i use is 95% spelling accurate, so i've got very tiny editing to do after i dictate to my computer. Another way to steal Abia money. Let this guy stop jerking off in the governors lodge and get the eff out of there. Clueless idiot. I thought Orji Kalu was bad till this slowpoke came in.

1.) Reduce the size of government by limiting the number of ministries to 10 and scrapping that Minister of State nonsense cus theres a permanent secretary for that.
2.) Dissolve some states into one. Like the North should get 4 states and the South should get 4 states.
3.) Make the states as we know it now into local governments.
4.) Reduce the size of government by capping the number of state ministries to 7 and reducing the number of permanent secretaries appointed.
5.) Making the governors less powerful by any means necessary.
6.) Introduce an ACT that makes it possible to recall ANY elected official. Especially governors and LGA chairs.
7.) Introduce an ACT that authorizes states to set up and run their own police department because the states know their terrain more than some bureaucrat in Abuja.
8.) Introduce an ACT abolishing the current salary structure of gov officials and capping recurrent expenditure at 30%

Orji Uzor Kalu also made this same announcement many times over when he was Governor and everyone sang praises to him...I think he even got a chieftaincy title cus of that announcement lol. The people are not asking for too much...just Roads and Security...not even food or rail road or drinking water. Shame on everyone associated with this government.

This video was shot in April 2011...I challenge this Emindu guy to show us a video of the current state of the road now. Some parts of the road will be done with asphalt on red sand. Prove me wrong...you wouldnt even be able to pass that road during the rainy season without stepping out of your car to push it...literally.

Abia is peaceful thank God but its probably because he won the election already so no need to terrorize citizens to vote for him AND GEJ flooded Aba with the Army then.

Absolutely no road in Aba is smooth...some get pot holes the week they were commissioned and after supposedly giving Billions to the contractor.
