from the results from Kano and Katsina alone GMB secured 3million gap. The other northern states where used to match what was coming from SS and SE.

Gej lost because the 2011 numbers from SS and SE could not be replicated, while the North replicated the 2011 numbers. subtract the total votes GEJ got in 2015 from SS and SE, from the 2011 figures then you have an explanation for the difference between GMB and GEJ totals. Please don't tell me about SW, because even with GNMB winning 5 SW states but with an overall margin of 0.5 million GEJ would still not have lost.

I noticed nowhere in your comment did you scold GEJ for losing because he failed to deliver for Nigerians. Instead you indict him of having "no grit". Change your ways and outlooks. We are not animals. Stop talking as if we are thereby disgracing Nigeria in the process. The message is "perform of be booted out by the electorate". If they get this message in Ghana, Botswana, CIV and many other Countries smaller than Nigeria, which is the biggest black nation on earth, then you really should be ashamed of your own comments because we should be leading others by example via showing that black Africa has now joined the rest of the developed whereby re-election to office is based on adequate performance and rejection at the polls is the punishment for misrule. That is the message all Nigerians should take from this election because our democracy has just turned a big corner.
