Chibok girls are not the only children in Nigeria. Hundreds of thousands of Nigerian children live through hell and some die during hardship.

You campaign for the kidnapped girls is nothing but a media tactic and it has gotten old.

oyatz:
This post clearly illustrate your shallow understanding of the history and Geography of Lagos.
1) One can infer from your post that you assume Colony of Lagos= Lagos, The Federal Capital=Lagos State but this is a big fallacy.
2) The old Federal Capital only include the present day Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland, Apapa, Eti-Osa and some parts of Surulere LGAs while the rest were part of Western Region, then later Lagos State.
3) Places like Ikeja, Shomolu, Oshodi-Isola, Ojoo, Agege, Alimosho, Mushin and other LGA were never part of the old Federal Capita.
4)The Colonial masters were neither interested in industrialization or development of Lagos or Nigeria as a whole and as such didn't build any industrial estate either in Ikeja, Mushin, Ilupeju (Lagos State, Agbara, Otta (Ogun State) or Oluyole Industrial estate in Oyo State.
5) With good leadership, our fathers in the Southwest pioneered development of Nigeria.
We Started
a) Free education (1955)
b) Quality free maternal and child health (1955)
c) Modern Stadium with Liberty Stadium, Ibadan (1960)
d) The first television station in Africa, Western Nigerian Television Services, WNTV, Ibadan (1959)
e) The first sky scrapper in Sub- Saharan Africa, Cocoa House,Ibadan (1964).
f) The first indigenous industrial conglomerate, the Odua group (which succeeded Western Nigerian Development Corporation, WNDC in 1976)
g) Multiple residential and Industrial estates starting with Bodija estate, Ibadan (1956)

All of this was because Lagos was the seat of Government both Colonial and Federal. Lagos is what it is because it was the seat of both the colonial and federal government.

I rather regard GEJ as a hero than a coupist hypocrite called Buhari that destroyed Nigeria with his military henchmen.

Nigeria does not have a bright future. It is better the country divides now while there's a chance or we wait for another impending disaster in the future.

And as usual, we hear she has slept with 2000+ men and we shout. Forgetting that she did not sleep with herself. If we are to condem he (which is think is silly) we should also drag the men she slept with too. They are equally guilty

What exactly is she guilty of and what are the men who slept with her guilty of?

Politics / Re: Power Or Money Which Corrupts Man The Most by Sweetguy25: 11:06am On Apr 02, 2017
You and your friend are a bit confused.

First of all, what do you understand by the word POWER? Power is simply having the ability to do something.

Think about the word Empowerment that is used frequently in Nigeria these days. For instance, you hear Youth Empowerment or Women Empowerment and so on. They simply mean giving these group of people the tools and ability to do things they couldn't be able to do beforehand.

You can empower someone with MONEY, you can empower someone with KNOWLEDGE, you can empower someone with AUTHORITY. You can empower people with so many things.

So from the look of things, you and your friend were comparing Empowerment with money and Empowerment with authority.

Thereby, what you should be asking is what sort of Empowerment corrupts the human mind the most especially between money and authority?

Politics / Re: Just Like Prostitution, Corruption Cannot Be Eliminated Completely - Dogara by Sweetguy25: 10:00am On Apr 02, 2017
The Nigerian National assembly has a population of less than 500 members with a yearly allocation of over a hundred billion. This means each member has collects at least 80 million naira every year.

Legally speaking, this is not corruption.

This means that Corruption is not Nigeria's problem.
