Not all all, I called customer care and they said they will fix it that they have alot of customers bto attend to,only for them to send message this morning that if i don't pick up they will return it tonthe embassy

You will have to give that person a signed global consent form and they should also go with the receipt and a government issued ID.

Please who.knows if it is possible for someone else to pick up my decision envelope if i give the person the stated documents needed for collection

I think they should have called you, but since they didn't Call thier helpline, it's difficult to connect but keep calling it will surely connect. Have enough airtime because before it connects you will be in queue. When they pick up tell them your suitation. Keep your evidence of payment handy as they may request for it. And DHL tracking number given to u when u sent it.

Mail them again with the proof of payment, and address they are suppose to return it to, you can also check their website for phone no to call as follow up, this reply maybe a miscommunication, I have someone who did not pay for the return they asked they the person to pay and email proof of payment and that was how it was resolved this happened Dec 2022

Please how can i track the return of my passport with vfs courier service, i didnt pay the 18710 before cos i used dhl to send but i later paid when I heard dhl no longer offers return service its 3 days now and haven't heard from them i have tried their webchat,call,email but no positive response and i am suppose to travel on monday

I am on this process too, my passport just got delivered according to the tracking. I believe they will contact you when it's time to return. So you can pay for the return fee but if you live in the city where it was sent to you can walk in and pick it up.

In my case I paid 18700 for one way return of my passport, I included the receipt of payment while sending with DHL.

From my observation it takes them 1month to send ppr after one provides a document on request,it has happened to me three times now...just relax your mind ppr will drop

Please IRCC requested for my sons child Birth certificate and i attached it immediately to the space provided but nothing has happened since what can I do.

It almost 3month now since i applied for my newborn's visa and haven't gotten decision,i submitted upfront medical but stil got request for medicals on the 30th if Nov,which i immediately resent,medicals passed since December 6 and up till no message from them.
NB-my wife and first child have their visa already but cant travel without the newborn's visa,if you have ever been in my shoes pls suggest anything i can do

How long will it take before final approval and passport request?

Hello all, finally my husband's SOWP came in. It can only be Jehovah God, the almighty! I am going to see my family after close to a year!

God is faithful to His word,PPR just dropped for my wife and son, applied feb 17th,got medical request june 15th,ppr today August 16th,to God be the glory great things he has done,thanks to everyone on this platform for your support.

Can you please share your own experience cause we also have a situation similar,got medical request for wife and son on 15th of june,did medical on the 27th of june,sons medical passed on the 28th of june and after the 30days window i saw on wifey portal that they didn't receive medical,so i immediately sent them the e_report to proof she has done her medicals but nothing has change,i have sent webform 2wice now.I will appreciate suggestions from anyone pls...

Congratulations on the addition, an indication of good tidings, welcome baby sweetness, I suggest you send the evidence of medical to your mp,Lagos,Abuja or Nairobi to also hasten the process although it seems the clinic updates medical requests themselves on the portal

I'd suggest you relax. The medical will be updated for your wife's application too. Congratulations for the birth of your new baby. I'd also suggest you do not wait. Send a webform attach a letter of explanation, birth certificate and if possible an updated statement of account to show you have enough funds for the new addition, get a passport for the baby and add his/her application. Getting a medical request is a positive sign. Congratulations in advance.

I WILL ADVISE THAT YOU CONTACT THE HOSPITAL YOUR WIFE DID MEDICAL AND BE SURE IT WAS SENT TO IRCC BECAUSE SOMETIMES IRCC MIGHT REQUEST FOR EXTRA MEDICAL AND THE HOSPITALS DONT COMMINICATE ON TIME THIS WAS THE CASE FOR MY SON ALTHOUGH HIS WAS UPFRONT MEDICALS? IF IT WAS SENT, THEN MESSAGE IRCC VIA WEBFORM AND EMAIL THE SLIP THEY GAVE YOUR WIFE FOR THE MEDICAL SO THAT IT CAN BE UPDATED TOO FOR YOUR WIFES PPR TO DROP. THEN YOU CAN NOW SEND ANOTHER WEBFORM ATTACHING THE DOCUMENTS THAT @SWEETJJ LISTED AS WELL AS A DETAILED LETTER OF EXPLANATION TOO. ALSO TRY AND GET A PASSPORT FOR THE CHILD ASAP BECAUSE THE PROCESS IS MORE THAN AN HERCULEAN TASK.

Good morning all,pls i need suggestion from anyone that has been in my situation before,my wife and son got medical request on the 15th of june and they were able to do it on the 27th,my son's medical was passed on the 28th while my wife's isn't and its just few days to the 30days window,what should i do?
Secondly,we stated in the application that my wife is pregnant,now my wife gave birth last week,should we send a webform to notify ircc or wait till we get ppr then apply for baby's own separately .

For iom lagos,booking isn't going through online,my family went yesterday and were unable to do it,the only thing they were able to do was book an appointment and the earliest date they have is july 14,after so much begging and explanation that wifey wont be able to come as she is due to deliver any moment from now,they were given june 27th.we tried qlife no slot till july ending
