Recently the number of deaths is on the increase for no just cause! Most of this deaths as the case may be can be prevented. yearly people die from road accidents due to bad roads, reckless driving etc. people also die from health related illnesses such as Malaria, typhoid, Cancer, Aids, Hepatitis etc Every Life is sacred! but, lately some bloodthirsty elements have derived joy in cutting peoples life short who they consider their enemy or if contracted by some people @D top. below is the Classes of people and how their death is announced. 1. Assassination- This can be linked to High profile people in the society. the high and Mighty, the movers and shakers. when they die you hear "Mr QP was assassinated by a deadly cult group" the culprits left no trace but the authorities are working hard to apprehend them. The weapons used could be pistol or Letter Bomb and fees charged could be very expensive. 2. Murder- This is linked to the average, the middle class in the society. when the death is announced you hear something like "A Housewife was gruesomely Murdered by her husband for engaging in an extra-marital affair" this kind of weapon used could be knife/Machete/Dagger, Pestle, charms, Ak47 etc. the accused will flee after the deed is done and he is apprehended later on ![]() 3. Lynched/Jungle Justice - This kind of death is the cheapest! all you need is just match stick, tyre and Petrol. it is usually meted on defenseless/vulnerable members of a society with lawless citizens like Nigeria. Here, spectators are helpless because anything they say can be used against them. as someone said, if you try to protect the victim you might be their victim so for you to remain alive you keep quite or leave the premises. After the news filters in the air of the barbaric act, the authorities announce that you help them with information that will lead to possible arrest. Which way NIGERIA??

I agree with you OP on this point!! what if you take Loan of 1Million and still lost the election? this elders will always have a way of fooling us. God bless Nigeria!! |
