The good thing about this break up is that you are both done with the stress of having to keep pretending to be in love and want to continue in this fake textbook type relationship especially because many family ties are involved.... If you guys were really in love something as little as this can't break up a four years solid relationship which is not even a long distance one.

The guy was tired of you and had fallen in love with this girl over time, definitely not witthin the past weeks, he had kept the secret for long yet he was scared and worried about how you'd react on hearing it straight, hence the distracting story. It's true he might not be like that but the story reeks of the manipulative effort of the girl, who put him up to it when he told her he doesn't know how to break up with you.

The FACT is, we don't know the content of the parents' discussion with their daughter. Saying they forced her is a leap. But according to the story, someone who knows say they're now living happily.

Someone who allegedly knows them doesn't know their issues deep down. My verdict is that Charles Awuzie is also a crook who has no integrity. Only an intentional idiot would follow the information on the discussions between Hush puppy & Abba Kyari and not conclude that the DSP was aiding and abetting a serious crime whilst also abusing his powers to assist in putting a criminal's enemy in jail for personal reasons. I wonder how many of such cases he has been involved with. Abba Kyari is not really an excellent investigator if you really look at it, he only happens to be a little bit more intelligent than the bunch of block headed dullards that make up a very large percentage of the Nigerian police force. Also there's the issue of his belief that no one can question or investigate him in Nigeria because of his track record as a sleek cop, I guess he never thought of international powers perhaps that's why he was quite sloppy with taking care of incriminating evidence on his path

I really believe Nigeria should let Biafra go, with their oil and all, although im not really sure if Biafra actually knows its people that well. Apart from the Igbos, other tribes in states like Calabar, Akwa Ibom, the Urhobos and even the Ijaws dont seem keen on this supposed struggle for a divorce anymore.

I bet if they became a country the struggle for supremacy amongst tribes would continue as we all know the Igbo would want to dominate over everyone else. I want as such information based on experience/evidence as regards requirements to enable a developer fulfil the building and planning regulations required in various States of Nigeria with reference to the city or states planning authority's regulations.

This i believe should be an area of knowledge of Nigerian Architects successfully practising in various locations, however many have resigned to just drawing plans, 3D renderings and building supervision.

for example in the UK there are strict building and planning regulations to abide by in developments, there is minimum size of land that can be developed for either residential or public use,

Most developments have an agreement over a maximum percentage of build-able space of any acquired land
in Scotland there are requirements for 3D drawings, building warrant drawings and how the view of the new build would appear or affect existing scenery, apart from building regulations drawings before approval is possible
A public building e.g church, shopping complex, office should provide parking areas or should at least be near to a public parking facility to reduce congestion on roads

I want to know of any such laws, regulations and requirements/costs for fulfilling them in Nigeria to ensure the structures are not illegal. So if there are any fully baked professionals please lets see what you know.

This thread is set up to help educate prospective developers know the requirements to get design/building approvals to enable them begin their building projects. Information for either residential or commercial projects as they apply to individual states or even local government areas, such as approvable built up spaces, estimated or factual costs 4 various building types, contact details of anyone who can help, details of authorised bodies to be contacted, "omo onile" issues, legal issues, etc, would be highly appreciated.

So humour me for a moment: (1) She came for a re virgin operation  - my foot. This is something that is so new it takes weeks to get appointments to do. How she has suddenly discovered this and hopped around to the UK for this surgery is a great deal. Your so called suspicion is arrant baldadash

Typical of a dumbass especially when having nothing really sensible to say! It is quite common place for some losers to always come up on Nairaland to dispute any stories based on dumb facts they may have spent hours trying to imagine in their blank heads, only to discover how stupid they really are eventually.

FYI, 1. if you know how to read and comprehend properly, i said i was told she came for a check up in the UK which he claimed cost a lot of money (thousands). I know for sure a check up wont cost that much unless it involved surgery and based on this coupled with the fact that she claims to be a virgin made me think she might have come for that operation, gom back and re-read!

2. I came to the UK a couple of years ago with my Nigerian phone and sim card which i abandoned after getting a contract line here in the UK and YES though the phone had been locked away for years, I just revived it Yesterday night YESSS! it still has all the stuff it had back then, including even texts, pictures and music. Call it being a pervert or whatever, believe it if you wont the fact remains that i have them and many more crazy stuff in my old fone till date.

Yes, based on Nikky's story, many good guys get hooked to bad girls which they come to regret at the end and this is probably due to people like their friends keeping silent about it when they see them heading 4 disaster. There are some good girls out there better deserving of him than her, one of them ought to be blessed with a quality guy like him, NOT her. In following up with the karma story peeps, has it crossed yr mind that i could also end up in a similar position and cos i was silent now, my best pals also end up silent about stuff that would affect important life decisions. Thanx for your points, advice and insights. Ive been thinkin about what u said and i see real true sense in it. If this lady can afford to spend btw £15 to £25k just to do a "re-virgin" operation to cover her tracks, then she must be capable of a whole lot more. What if i sent an anonymous tip, or mail with the video to my friend and own up to it long after d dust had settled (maybe years) whateva d outcome? My only worry is that it would definately destroy the new life she is trying to build and dat of many others connected to both of them. This is my present decision, should i go wit it.

Also i hav managed 2 dig out d videos from my old lg fone and mem card, they are actually SIX in number, four are 8 to 10 mins long and two less than two mins. It is her for sure and it was GROSS

I figured telling him will seriously destroy him and his faith in women as he has had various bad experiences in the past, besides this news will definately have a domino effect on their families as some of them have become so close & dependent on oneanother for suff such sharing/squatting in appartments, jobs, educational sponsorships and business dealings in Naija and abroad. Three days ago, i met the fiancee of my very close pal from Nigeria, she had come to the UK for a medical check up. Seeing her face to face shocked me to the marrows as i realised she was someone i had known way back in my Uni and early working days in Naija. I would spare you the dirty details, but basically she was a slut. She was known for a lot of bed hopping in those days with married and single men alike. She even had various dirty escapades with expatriates from the company I worked for in naija back then, where someone had filmed her on a mobile phone having a foursome with  three guys. This recording was passed round and saved on phones, computers and so on amongst other crazy ones by those expatriates of their escapades. it clearly shows her face and some distinctive futures on her skin.

Two weeks ago my friend had told me his fiancee was coming for a check up and for some shopping here in the UK, he had told me a lot about her, that she was a virgin, honest, caring girl and a whole lot of stuff and desperately wanted me to meet her to boost his opinion as he knew nothing of her past which she has kept from him. Now as we met for me to send some stuff to Naija through her, it was obvious that she was equally shocked to see me.

Now my problem is this, do i tell my friend about who she really is and save him the heartache of finding out himself as the video recording are still in circulation even with some colleagues in various parts of the world. Am a Christian and I believe its right to preach the gospel, however what that lady did is a very great act of stupidity. You do not go out as a fool enforcing your beliefs on others by encroaching their "sacrosanct" dwellings shouting on them to accept by force! The Muslims are not idiots or fools for following their religion, the truth is that they are seeking the way as well, they show so much dedication in what they think is the right path and if many Christians could emulate half as much insight in their own faith would be a better example.

Remember Jesus had a reason for telling his disciples to tarry in Jerusalem till he sent power through the Holyspirit to them to give them the right utterance, boldness and methods of approaching the gentiles when they were ready. Whatever is not done by the guidance of the Holy spirit might as well be a dumb self taken risk not sanctioned by God.
