They fired blanks but they didn't concede. Chelski lost this game because they lost concentration at the vital moment in the game. All this referee talk is bollocks.

Even with all the refereeing decisions, Chelski led till almost the end when they BLEW it with Ballack ducking like a prat instead of fighting for the ball. No energy to block a shot but had the energy to chase Ovbredo all over the pitch like a headless Chicken. In fact they deserved to lose for that.

Seriously, there is no conspiracy, but there is a conspiracy between the referee and his linesmen. If referee no see am, linesman must to see am. Peeps keep talking about Henry's penalty at the Nou-Camp. Henry's penalty claim is of the same severity as the least of Chelsea's penalty claims. 4 clear penalties missed? Even if only one was indisputable, by law of averages, he must give at least one of the other three, unless he has it in his mind that he is definitely not giving Chelsea anything - and that goes for the linesmen as well. Like someone said, can you find a game in history where the officiating was so horrendous - then tell me which game?

Chelsea fan since 1967 and so proud that my team is¬ reaching the latter stages of the Champions league¬ every year. According to a report in the British tabloid The Sun, UEFA posted a 1-1 scoreline of
Chelsea and Barcelona's Champions League semi-final second leg on their website hours before the game even started.

Apparently, fans of the Blues have been left absolutely amazed that the eventual
result was correctly predicted in the dummy match report.

Conspiracy theories that UEFA wanted to avoid another all-English final,
and therefore did all they could to ensure Chelsea would not progress, are already flying around
and this news may only lend weight to those suggestions.

It is claimed that the dummy report predicted that Barcelona would score a late goal,
as well as rightly guessing three of the four Blues players who were booked - Didier Drogba, Michael Ballack and Alex.

"This ‘test’ is remarkably similar to the actual result," a Chelsea supporter is quoted as saying.

However, a picture of the dummy report has Chelsea down as having one player sent off and Barcelona none,
but the Spanish side were actually reduced to ten men on Wednesday while the Blues were not.

Exactly what I was gonna speculate. For heavens sake, once a particular player is being considered dangerous n whoz consistency in breaking down a defense is targeted, there is nothing much such player can do.

Messi was marked out by 4 player's, how the hell wud anyone want the boy to perform normally as he does. He is no machine. If CR7 is being manned well as the same, then you'll probably be seeing a lesser performance as to what is normally expected.

Overall, Messi was manned, but he laid that killer and heartbreaking pass that sunk Chelsea's dream into the final.

Some peeps need to be real, at least for once.
