Please what's UK timeline for someone who just passed ielts and cbt at the same time. How long will it take the person to get to UK?

Hi, please did you go with just post basic nursing? If yes, can I get your contact. I would like to chat with you please........

crushsugar:
The question is why would I leave in the first place?
Simple answer is I was tired. Tired of the structure, staffing, poor opportunities, I felt stuck and just wanted more.
I wanted to see what's going on out there. I wanted to be part of a standard setting and reach for my dreams which seems impossible for me or would have taken so much time. This wasn't about money. It's about fulfilment.
So, my dream of working abroad started about 2 years after school of nursing. I was working but not happy, after going for post basic program, I still felt stuck somewhere even with a public service job. With all the experiences I don't want to bore is with, I finally made up my mind in October 2018.
Booked IELTS UKVI, in January and did the test March 1st. It came out well.
Then I searched for a potential employer, did the interview and was offered appointment.
So, paper work began.

THE BUSINESS WITHIN THE BUSINESS

Sometime last year, I decided to start a poultry business in my backyard. As if the challenges were not enough, sales was very slow because of my location. I almost considered throwing in the towel because of the stress and challenges. But one thing kept me going I enjoyed raising the birds so much (from feeding to cleaning up the cage amongst other things) that I didn't want to close the business down due to slow sales. I wore my thinking cap and start thinking outside the box and I also remembered how ''George small chops'' trended on twitter the previous month for delivering quality and quantity in lagos. I had always wanted to do a business related to food so I thought about doing a George small chops but with a twist in Abuja. Now I buy chicken from my poultry for my small chops business and sales has really picked up with people wanting to know where I get my tasty sumptuous chicken from.

Meal'O'Near small chops and chicken will be officially launching on the 15th of July and you will get a FREE BOTTLE OF COKE for orders of 4k and above between 15th to 31st of July. Be our guest by placing your orders by calling 09094645015.

Meal'O'Near small chops and chicken
Giving you the millionaires taste and satisfaction.

goch4sweet:

Hello house,
This post is about Nigerian Midwives who wish to apply to and work as a Registered midwife in New Zealand.

It is strictly for holders of Basic Midwifery certificate. That is, you studied Midwifery for 3yeara and got registered and licensed by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.

You must have worked for at least 3 years.

New Zealand offers good opportunuties for foreign midwives. A newly employed midwife in New Zealand earns 47000 New Zealand dollar per year. That's about 11,600,000 naira.

I will give a step by step procedure

1. Complete a three years Basic Midwifery study and get registered and licensed by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.

2. Get a valid (not expired) international passport ready. This cost around 25,000 naira from any immigration office near you.

2. At this point I advise you open a dollar account in any Nigerian bank so you can easily pay for your application and registration fee to New Zealand Midwifery Council. Don't panic. Its not difficult to open. Just go to aboki buy US$10 with 3500 naira. Go with your intl passport, electricity bill, 2 passport photographs to FCMB bank and they will do it for you. When you are ready to apply to New Zealand Midwifery Council, you must buy dollar from aboki and pay into this account to cover the amount you want to pay to New Zealand Midwifery Council. You need this because you can't pay to New Zealand Midwifery Council with your naira atm card.

3. Log in to www.midwiferycouncil.health.nz/midwives/becoming-registered-practise/internationally-qualified-midwives-application-guidelines to study the guidelines.

4. With your valid valid license and intl passport ready and your dollar account funded with at least US$200, you Log in to www.midwiferycouncil.health.nz and create an account in their website. You will be given a username and password which you will need to Log in anytime. Click on 'Apply' and select 'Oversea' and fill the form.

Select 'Assessment fee'. This is because your documents will be assessed first before proper registration. Assessment fee is 250 New Zealand dollar, about 62,000 naira.

On payment option, select credit card and fill in the details on your dollar account atm card.

If they confirm your credentials to be true, they will give you decision letter to pay for your registration and license. This cost 750 New Zealand dollar, about 186,000 naira.

5. After filling the form online, you will be asked to print out two forms. You will take one to Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria to fill and send directly to New Zealand Midwifery Council.

6. You will send the following documents by post to:
New Zealand Midwifery Council,
Level 5,
22 Willeston Street,
Wellington Central,
Wellington 6011,
New Zealand.

- A photocopy of the data page of your intl passport

- Photocopy of your RM Notification of Registration

- Certificate of Good Standing. This with be sent by Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria directly to New Zealand Midwifery Council. NMCN charges around 10,000 naira for this.

7. Your CV signed and dated. It must also state names, full addresses of all health facilities/clinics/hospitals you have worked, your position, ward and explain the functions of that ward/unit.

8. Meet the Principal of your school of Midwifery and ask them to send your transcripts to:
New Zealand Midwifery Council

Tell your Principal to add that your studies were conducted and you were examined in English language. This is very important. If this is not stated, you will be required to sit and take IELTS test.

9. Get a reference letter from one of your former or current employer stating your Midwifery ability and conduct.
Another reference letter can come from a person of high standing but not related to you. You will add it in the documents you will send to New Zealand Midwifery Council.

10. Get a medical certificate of physical and mental fitness from a government hospital.

11. Fill the Self Assessment Against Competencies form. This is the second form you printed from New Zealand Midwifery Council website. You are required to have conducted at least 30 deliveries by yourself, 20 as assistants and 50 as observer. You will answer some questions on antenatal, postnatal, episiotomy, deliveries, medical surgical nursing, etc.

12. Photocopy of your WAEC/NECO. Ask your school to give you a testimonial stating your academic background and conduct. Your secondary school must state that English was the medium of study and you were examined in English language. This is the condition New Zealand Midwifery Council accepts to exempt you from taking IELTS.

12. First School Leaving Certificate.

13. Completed and printed online application form from New Zealand Midwifery Council website.

Note: all Photocopies must be notarised by a solicitor. He must print his name, Complete address, phone number, rank/designation and state 'I certify this document a true copy of their originals' on each documents. If this is not done, it will be rejected. So get a lawyer do that.

Mail all documents to:
New Zealand Midwifery Council in the address stated above.

If you have further questions on registration and licensing, pls write to New Zealand Midwifery Council via info@midwiferycouncil.health.nz

After your qualification is assessed and New Zealand Midwifery Council informs you, the next step is to look for Midwives recruitment agency in New Zealand.

They will assist you get a job while you are still in Nigeria.

They will file application for your work permit, pay your visa fee, your flight ticket, receive you on arrival in New Zealand and arrange an accommodation for you. You will sign a contract to work for them for 2 or 3 years. This does not affect your salary oo.

If you are married, they can sponsor you, your husband and one child or you and two children without your husband.

If you have further questions on Sponsorship, pls write:

hello dear my situation is a bit complicated. i want to apply for irish visa but the issue is that i work for a govt parastatal but as a contract staff so we are paid by hand not by goverment so i dont have any pay slips or tax clearance document. is there any other document that can serve eg bank statement.

dotcomnamename:
Hello guys,
Just to share this around for those of you that believes & keep saying that an Irish Visa is difficult to obtain at the Irish Embassy. Well, you’re very wrong because I believe that an Irish Visa is the easiest visa to obtain provided that you meet the requirements of the relevant rules.
If you have a good job in Nigeria and working full time & can boost of N700, 000 in your account, off course you can apply for a tourist visa at the Irish Embassy through the VFS. If you’re married let say never got kids, 1m to 1.3m is okay in ur account for you and ur spouse for tourist visit like 1-2 week, and don't forget to include your Marriage Certificate and your wedding pictures, , if you have children, pls include their birth cert and if possible family pictures as proof of family ties, if you have any property try include evidence of this, if you're living in a rented house, pls include your tenancy agreement, and don't forget your leave letter & introduction letter from work. If you're employed/self employed, dont forget your tax clearance cert..

If you’re a student in Nigeria and u wish to visit Ireland, you must provide evidence of this such as your Student ID.card and letter from your school stating the length of your school break holiday and the date to resume school, if someone else is sponsoring your holiday trip, then your sponsor must provide his/her bank statement showing enough balance to cover the cost of your visit to Ireland as a tourist, for example lets say your sponsor has 1m in his/her account either personal or company. If your sponsor is working, then he must provide documentary evidence that he’s working such as is pay slip, or his company registration cert etc… and a letter of sponsorship must be included and evidence of his/her relationship with you. Don’t forget that you must include confirmation of your accommodation such as your hotel reservation or any confirmation of your accommodation letter from any relative in Ireland stating that you will be adequately accommodated by him/her throughout the duration of your stay in Ireland.

Here it goes:

IF YOU SUBMIT ANY FAKE DOCUMENT FOR AN IRISH VISA, YOU WILL BE BAN FOR 5 YEARS, so please don’t even think about it.

THE EMBASSY REQUIRES A COMPLETE PHOTOCOPY SET OF ANY DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED TO THE EMBASSY. THIS INCLUDES A FULL COPY OF YOUR PASSPORT I.E. PAGES 1 – 32 .

1. ENSURE THAT YOUR BANK STATEMENTS ARE LEGIBLE TO READ AND ARE NOT IN ENVELOPES FILES AND FOLDER.

2. THE IRISH EMBASSY DO NOT ACCEPT ANY MICROFINANCE STATEMENTS AS WELL AS ANY MORTGAGE STATEMENTS.

From 25 May 2009, residents of Nigeria who wish to apply for Irish visas must apply/submit their application at the VFS application centre either in Lagos or Abuja. You can get more info here www.vfsglobal-ie-ng.com

The provision of all the documentation listed in no way guarantees that a visa will be granted
Please do not purchase travel tickets prior to a decision being made on the visa application. Doing so may lead to unnecessary additional costs in circumstances where a visa is not granted.

FOR FAMILY VISIT, pls visit here http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/Short%20Stay%20Visit%20%28Family%20or%20Tourist%29

What economy is collapsing? When you analyse this way witout addressing the pertinent issues then your biase is obvious .

Obviously there's been no realease of funds in the last 6months .

Nigeria has practically lived through 6months .
Even if ministers are not appointed in a years time .
We would survive .
Hence the need to start creating the foundation for a decent future for young and generations unborn.
