congratulations my friend, I just got a mail from the embassy that the date for the A1 exam can only be extended have been asked to submit a new A1 result before February 10, have written the A1 exam but I still fail to reach the cut off how did you study for your A1 exam. any help will be grately appreciated cos am getting so frustrated

I just got a mail to forward the original language certificate from Goethe institute. Thought they will skip this part since my spouse is a German citizen?
I’m worried because I didn’t make the last exam I sat for. Is there any option to this case ? The deadline given is too short

There are exams in Ghana, Togo, etc. But registration recently closed; I have friends taking exams there. So look forward to the next exam in a few months from now...

There are Goethe exams going on in neighboring countries. I registered and it's even going to take place on the 20th and 27th....

Applied late May, interview was on Feb 27th, request for passport and insurance March 3rd,passport delivered March 4th just before close of work, passport returned on the 12th of March. Best wishes

Family reunion visa delivered... Glory. My best wishes to other waiting to reunite or making career moves.

Gotten my visa. A mail was sent 4 working days after my interview, to bring my passport and travel documents (once you get this mail, your visa has most likely been approved), submitted the requested documents the next day at the embassy and I got back my passport two days later.

So all in all, it took 7 working days from my interview, to get my visa.

Please note that this is not cast in stone so yours might take shorter or longer. This is just an overview of what mine was like.

Hopefully yours will go as smooth as mine.
