You know however that there is no substitute for the Holy Mass. What happens elsewhere is bible study in fellowship with others, which either edifies you or leads to your destruction because of blind guides.2Pet3:16.

My 1st choice: If you can find even one catholic, its safer to fellowship together, then see if it could be possible to attend Mass at the shortest time. With God, all things are possible.

Is it okay if someone attend such knowing fully well that there is no [b]roman catholic church[/b]where he is or should he stick to the liberal protestant church that he or she is attending.

NB: I have read up on the church with the little knowledge I got online, but wants to know the true position of the catholic ( Vatican) with regards to them.

How far from you is the closest Roman Catholic Church. There are some churches in communion with Rome, this one isn't one of them.

Reflection taken from today's Gospel

“Do you suppose that I am here to bring peace on earth? No, I tell you, but rather division.” Jesus has not come to give us facile peace but peace that flows from living according to his Gospel. Yet, fidelity to the Gospel can brings dissension. The Gospel of Christ does not allow us to be neutral. We are either faithful. But fidelity to the Gospel may bring us rejection, even violent rejection. Even members of one’s family may deprive him of peace for being Christian. There will be division between those who believe the Gospel and those who do not believe. When that happens, may we find peace in fidelity.

May God give us the grace to be able to persevere in the face of persecution. And we pray for all those who are in crisis area, esp those who were affected cos of their faith. May God console and protect. Amen.

I remember in the past, during October/may devotions (a bi na lent?) we normally choose specific days with petitions and each person gets prayed for on their said days. I dont know what Rich4god is planning this time, but if this can still be done, kindly book me down for the 16th of this month.

It'll be my birthday on the 16th and i'd like to be greedy with my petition. i ask for 4 things:

1: For the missionaries
2. For the poor and needy
3: For the soul of the faithful departed
4: For my sick father
